They have a larger tables if you're a group and small tables. I visited sone years ago before the pandemic and really liked their pistachio eclair. Have heard so much good things about this place and have been meaning to check it out for so long! So glad Finally did! One of the reasons I haven't came earlier is that I'm more of a cake person than an eclair person. Boy they just excel in everything from the eclairs to the cakes!! Beautiful decor. Love the blue/green and white color scheme - Very elegant and pretty and Frenchy! They have multiple tables outside and ample seatings inside as well. The eclairs and cakes and pastries are beautifully decorated and displayed - so hard to decide! One fun thing I've noticed in all French bakeries: their cookies are THICCC - like brownie thick! Tried couple of different items here Passion raspberry tart - LOVE It!!! The passionfruit filling is sooo refreshing! There's some raspberry jam at the bottom that adds even more delightful fruit flavor to the whole tart! Lemon meringue: I have had my fair share (and maybe others ppl's share too lol) of lemon meringue and this one knocked it outta the park! The filling is lemony and refreshing. The meringue has a slight crunch on the outside. One devil in the detail that I loved is that there are 3 chunks of candied lemon peels on top of the meringue! This adds even more lemony flavor and texture! I would prefer the lemon filling to be more tart and less sweet though. Chocolate mousse: very chocolatey and decadent Crunchy cake: this is basically chocolate mousse with some crunchy bits in the center - great flavors and fun texture! Tiramisu: LOVE it! This is one of the rare places that got the right mascarpone/cake ratio for me (most places have too much cake and not enough mascarpone). Another devil in the detail here is the chocolate shavings on top - adds so much more flavor and great crunchy texture! For someone with decision paralysis, their eclair sample box is a great way to go! Got the 6 flavor sample box and enjoyed all! I would probably go for a full size next time though since I prefer overflowing amount of cream and thinnn shells. According to the staff, hazelnut and pistachio are their most popular flavors. I stumbled across this bakery via an Instagram post - not theirs, since their IG page is bare bones. I went to their website and read a few yelp reviews before deciding to give them a try for a little office celebration. I purchased two mini éclair sampler boxes, a dozen of their mini donuts (half Nutella, half raspberry) and 3 mini lemon pound cakes. My order was delivered right on time and they even threw in an extra cake. The eclairs were a huge hit on the floor. They come so nicely arranged in the box making it the perfect item to bring to a party. I tried the almond crunch and hazelnut and liked both. The passion fruit was another huge fit. I didn't hear anyone say there was something they didn't like something. I also was a big fan of the lemon pound cake. There were very minimal leftovers which is always a good sign! Eclair Bakery has been one of the most popular places for French pastries and desserts, especially their eclairs in the neighborhood recently. We were there at 9am on a Sunday morning and there was a line at about 10am. We would recommend to come earlier to beat the crowd. We got 4 different croissants (Pistachio, Pecan, Almond and Hazelnut) , a Spinach Danish, a testing box of 12 mini eclairs and 2 cups of coffee. It was a little pricy but well worth the price. Love to come here when I'm nearby in NYC! The $12 sample box is so cute and shareable - it has 5 mini eclairs of different flavors and is perfect for anyone who is indecisive! They also have a larger sample box with more flavors and other pastries and coffee drinks that I haven't tried but look good! The interior is cute and clean, and there is seating inside! It can sometimes get a bit crowded but we are usually able to find a seat. read more

Yay yay yay... what a fantastic bakery in my new neighborhood. It gives me le Financier type of feels. I tried the pistachio croissant and I sinned. Had planned to eat it over two days but it was so delicious, not sickeningly sweet and fresh crispy to the core. Coffee was delicious, I doubt any good bakery can go wrong with coffee unless you are dunkin donuts of course. One must try their hazel nut eclairs. This one has a crunchy crust and again it's not overly sweet. Pistachio eclair was fine, they can do better. They seem to have a wide range of dessert and bread options. There were also a lot of edible pearls on top which gives the cake extra crunch in addition to the crunchy layer that's inside the cake. The cake itself was extremely chocolaty and decadent and it kinda tasted like a ferrero rocher with the hazelnut flavor and crunchy layer. We got the 12 piece mini eclair sampler to share and it was delicious. Included were three originals, pistachio, hazelnut, vanilla, cheesecake, dulce de leche, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, passionfruit, almond crunch. My favorite was the almond crunch and the passionfruit! For some reason, the vanilla filling tasted extra flavorful under the almond. The passionfruit curd was perfectly sour and sweet. My least favorite was the pistachio- for whatever reason, the flavor tasted muted. I would recommend eating them soon after you get them! After being in the fridge, the pastry tends to get a bit soggy and the pastry cream hardens up- a real tragedy considering the quality of these pastries. I have visited Eclair bakery multiple times in the past few years and their selection never disappoints. Their Crunchy cake is one of the BEST dark chocolate mousse cakes I've ever had. I have gotten that cake for multiple occasions, and it never disappoints. My family and I also love getting the mini eclair tasting box. The eclairs are labeled as "mini" but are still decently big and the box can be shared among 2-4 people. The fillings are always light and fluffy and the pastry is never soggy. Is this the best croissant in NYC? I think so. Chewy, buttery, just the right amount of crunch and shatter to the golden shell without it seeming dry or burnt. Also, try their many different varieties. My favorite is the pistachio cream croissant which you can't find anywhere else. Best coffee in the hood too. Very authentically French (except service is cordial and friendly from the mostly Latinx staff). Not surprisingly, the eclairs are very good, never soggy, and there are a nice variety of flavors, but they are not as eye closing, orgasm-inducing as the croissant and at $7 a pop, they are not as worth it either. We parked across the street and I was bummed from the long line at the Ansel place, so by chance we saw this bakery I thought I check it out after dinner at the ramen place where we were going. On the way back, I checked it out it seemed quiet outside but it was bright and packed with people, full of colorful pastries! I bought some caneles, mini nutella donuts, almond croissant, mini eclairs, chocolate dome and chocolate mousse, didnt know what to expect but the pastries looked very well executed and fine. Everything was exceptional from the mini eclairs each flavor was distinct and very delicious! The dome was rich and chocolatey it was divine! Thanksgiving pie reviews: Wow. I'm blown away again. I order one mini pie of each flavor. Pecan pie. The crispy pecans on the top and the crust on the bottom were great. The gooey center part is heaven. My husband said I could only have a small bite. Haha. Pumpkin had more flavor than I was expecting. It's cute that there were pumpkin seeds on top. I've been on a hunt for eclair's for sometime and to be specific the entenmann's brand from my childhood. I believe they have been discontinued. Luckily I was in the area & did a little search and came upon this bakery. Along their famous eclair's they also sell other pastries and sandwiches. I tried a ham & Swiss cheese sandwich that was in this amazing bread when toasted, but nothing extra special about the sandwich. Staff wasn't welcoming, they seem to know their regulars & greet them upon entering. As for the eclair's I got the 5 for $30 special; traditional, milk chocolate, almond, & pistachio. Happened across this little bakery on saturday morning, while walking through a neighborhood I'm rarely in. This is the best thing about just aimlessly walking in our fair city with no itinerary in mind- happy accidental discoveries. A taped sign on the door caught my eye, and I was intrigued. It advertised a boxed assortment of eclairs for 50% off. It lured me into its pastel colored interior. I basically stared at the vast selection for several minutes. I debated internally - should I just get 2 eclairs - one for me, one to share? But that would cost almost as much as the boxed assortment, which seemed perfect for a party, but a little excessive for spontaneous snack. The box won out (I mean, who can argue with a dozen minis for $12.50?) I ended up giving a few to a friend at brunch later in the afternoon, and brought the rest home to my dutiful bf who had just finished caulking the tub. My only regret was that I did not take note of what flavors the box contained.
