I wasn't optimistic Eclair would make it back after their fire. What a moment randomly walking by and finding their fully restored original shop! I'm glad they didn't change a thing, it was great as it was, is, and hopefully will be. Everything is great but I especially like the chocolate chip cookie, which is thick like a brownie.

What a delicious almond croissant! I ordered for pickup on Doordash which is the way to go because a few of their pastries are 30% off during happy hour! For under $5 it was huge! The croissant was soft and the almond paste had great flavor. The almonds on top were also nicely baked into the croissant. There usually isn't a huge line here and they have plenty of seating available! Definitely try this out if you're in the area! They have plenty of other options that looked delicious!

Chocolate chip cookie gets very high marks from me.

UPDATE-MAY 11, 2025. SEE THEIR WEBSITE BEFORE YOU GO OVER BECAUSE IT SAYS THAT They are temporarily closed due to a small fire. They are assessing the damage and figuring out when they will be able to reopen. When they do reopen, please let us all show our support And visit once they reopen. keep an eye on their website. Thanks. Eclair is a lovely bakery with seating and yummy baked goods, and a nice staff. I am simply a customer, a fan of the bakery.

We were craving some desserts so went to Eclair Bakery to pick up some sweets. I tried the Lemon Tart ($7.95), which had a raspberry jam in the middle. I expected more of a lemon flavor to the custard and the raspberry jam in the middle was a bit too sweet. I also noticed in the store they charge more if you pay by credit card as opposed to cash, which is a bit unfair and odd for any store to do these days. I tried a bite of the Passionfruit Tart, Cheesecake and Opera Cake (all $7.95 - with an extra charge for paying by credit card) as well, and these were just okay. I was expecting a bit more from Eclair Bakery, but not sure if it would be my top pick for desserts in the area.

Delicious dark chocolate eclair! Premade, from case; quite sweet if you like that. Iced Americano barely had any ice in it by the time I received it... so not the best choice for a hot day ...

It's a charming and cozy spot in the neighborhood! The cheesecake and lemon cake were absolutely delicious. We will surely be back!

Well if you're going to name a bakery after a specific baked good one would expect it to be top notch. However, Eclair Bakery did not live up to its name. First of all, the eclair pastry was very dry and very very cold clearly it was not freshly made. Second,l whatever plaster fondant they have on top of the passion fruit eclair was not edible we took it off like it was Play-Doh, it was flavorless and as chewy as playdoh. Additionally, I ordered an iced tea and tea was a very generous word for what I received which tasted like artificially flavored tea water. So wholel I did really enjoy the space and the Ambiance of the cafe, to me this was a complete miss on the baked goods as well as the beverages so I will not be back or if I am, I will certainly not be ordering the bakery's namesake pastry.

    I got one each!

Picked up some cakes to celebrate a friend in a low-key gathering. The wait on a Sunday was a bit long, but the servers were nice and helpful. We all loved the tarts, and most of the cakes. They do need to be chilled if you're using them in a gathering (like I was), or some of the mousse cakes would be half melted!

I found this cute Parisian cafe that makes variety of éclairs and yummy French pastries and recommended my friend that we meet up here. On a Tuesday late afternoon, it was averaged busyness but quiet. We ordered from the counter, took our food and found a nice corner to sit in. The place was decorated with paintings, decorations that reminded of a small French cafes in Paris. Really cute. This by far has one of the best éclairs I've had in a city full of patisserie and bakeries. Both my friend and I agree that we would need to come back to try other yummies. Highly recommend!

Food: The dessert there are really nice! It is really delicious and taste authentic. Ambiance: It is a typical cafe. The atmosphere is not bad. There a couples of people when my friend and I get there. Service: The customer service really sucks! There are three people there and I don't event know who I am talking to. I asked the first barista for a cup of English breakfast and before even I add more on my order she turned around and started making my tea. I have to go to another barista to get my other two more orders. And they just pack everything in a bag without even asking if my friend and I were eating in the cafe or taking away! When I said we were eating in the cafe, they don't bother to change the food into the plate! This is my first time being serve like that!

The pastries here are made in house daily and are quite good. My household particularly likes the chocolate and almond croissants, but they have quite an array. There are a few small tables both inside and outdoors to sit (not table service, but a place to eat or drink after you pay for your order.) The decor is pastel, and it is always clean. Great for grab and go when you want something sweet! They also do cakes or bigger eclair/pastry/macaron orders for parties and events.

Do you have a good traditional Mocha Religieuse? Thank you.

How much for a tasting box of eclairs? What flavors come in it? How big is each eclair in the box? Does this place offer any other types of gift boxes?

They have 2 sizes of tasting boxes. 5 mini ones for $12 or 12 for $25 I believe. I only had the 5-piece one - its has original, dark chocolate, hazelnut, crunchy almond and pistachio.

What kind of cream is inside the traditional eclairs?

It's typically a traditional cream that's in all eclairs, a smooth vanilla custard like cream

What is the filling in the eclairs? For example, in the dark chocolate eclair is the filling inside dark chocolate like the icing?

Dark chocolate eclair has dark chocolate filling, like the icing. Exactly like the icing.

Do they have a cheesecake that is both dairy free and gluten free?

They dont have anything gluten free

Do they serve breakfast items now?

    Yes!

The inside is nice too but feels a bit stuffy. The croque Madame which is made with turkey and not ham which was super lucky for me was absolutely delicious. This place is known for their macarons, I do not eat them but this location has a full on menu. I had a latte which comes with the Laduree logo on top and the latte was very good. Honestly, better than my meal. Which, by the way if you want to dine in it's a $35.00 min per person per table. Before I read this I was just thinking about going ti get a coffee and sit in the outside garden area. I was wrong. I ended up getting eggs Benedict with bacon. It came on a brioche bread which, I never had before. Usually, this dish comes on an english muffin. It was good and had the sauce on the side. The eggs itself come as two legit hard boiled eggs on top which, I had never seen before. Was it worth the price...ehh not really, but did have a nice waiter who took my allergies seriously and wrote them all down. Yes, I am glad I came to check it out, do I need to come back here though not really, unless I came for like a tea with some friends than maybe we would see.

If texture doesn't bother you (liberal amount of black sesame!), I'd suggest getting this latte (10/10). Both pastries were great in their own right.
