I was informed, quite confidently I might add, by a gentleman behind the counter that my order would be ready at precisely 3:30 PM. "No need to pay for rush service," he said. Splendid, I thought--efficiency without financial penalty. A rare and beautiful thing. Imagine my surprise when reality failed to align with this verbal contract. Upon returning, I spoke to the very same man, who--rather impressively--appeared to have undergone a complete memory wipe. He denied ever making such claims. Not even a hint of recognition. It was only after I painstakingly recited the conversation nearly verbatim (thank you, brain, for retaining useless yet critical data) that he began to... recalibrate his story. At this point, one must ask: is this a print shop, or an experimental facility testing the limits of customer patience and human honesty? Customer service, I've heard, involves consistency, accountability, and not rewriting history when convenient. If this gentleman is going to engage in what can only be described as conversational improvisation, perhaps customers should be issued transcripts upon entry. In conclusion: misleading information, reluctant acknowledgment, and a performance that could rival amateur theatre. Would not recommend--unless you enjoy a bit of light gaslighting with your printing services.

I came in today for an Amazon drop off now that I know there is one and the young man stayed staring and not helping. He helped the first lady and then ignored me and decided to help the check out lane. Fine whatever but then when the line died he never helped he ignored that I was there standing with a big box waiting patiently, no "ill be with you right now". I had to wait for another employee to notice I was frustrated to help and even then she was rude. Don't work if your going to be acting like that. The worst staples ever.

She calls and says the desk would be delivered the next day which didn't work with our schedules. When we asked what our other options are she said they're really busy and her drivers are going on vacation soon (this was in December). She continues to say that's why appointments are booked a week in advance (I'm not sure why we were only given a days notice). We find a new day to book and the two hour window she gave us for next day delivery became an eight hour window. In the end she called the day before our delivery and gave us a two hour window. Overall we are happy with our purchase but not thrilled with the customer service from the woman who scheduled the delivery.

If I could give Joe 10 stars, I would. He is very patient. We had a lot of back and forth while trying to log back into the Surface. My daughter had the blue screen of death. Joe saved her hard drive. What I liked about Joe was how transparent he was with his pricing and any possible outcomes. (if the hard drive is not fixable, it will be replaced with a new one, or if the hard drive is salvageable, he'll fix it and reinstall Windows.)
