In fact we returned one of our appetizers because it was barely warm and tasted horrible. The rest of the meal was barely edible but because we waited so long for it to come out, we attempted to nibble on a few things. We ended up leaving with all our food practically left untouched. The appetizer that was taken away shortly after bringing it to the table and after we mentioned it was barely warm and not good, was never removed from our bill (usually a courtesy when you take away a full plate). Had a very long day and wanted to unwind, you know, some me time. I use Open Table and saw there was a reservation at 4:45pm so I booked. When I pulled in the parking lot I was met by the valet. I didn't know there was one but nonetheless I yielded. Walked in and got a seat within minutes. The waiter George was very nice and accommodating. I asked for an Angry Orchard Cider but they don't sell them here but he recommended another and even offered me a sample. I ordered wings as an app and pasta for dinner with chicken. The wings were good, some a little too much sauce but ok overall. The pasta itself was good with the sun dried tomatoes however, the chicken was dry, gritty and tasteless. I brought it to George's attention and he said he would see if the manager would take off the upcharge. He returned and said the Manager said no. The manager never came to my table to inquire about my satisfaction but I saw him entertaining g the table in front of me. No worries. Dropped in for a nice lunch and was not disappointed. First time visit here. And will be back for sure. The place looks nice and has moderate noise level. If seated in the back there is a hug fire pit to keep you very warm. There is a huge bar area if you want to eat, drink and watch tv. Very nice area. There is plenty space for large groups if you want to have a dinner party or such event. At the table we had the Meat Stromboli. Filled with meat from first cut to the last bite. Not sure if it's because I have not had it in many years. But it was very good. And we hat the Fam burger. Which was very juicy (not greasy). They provided the table with chips and salsa to start... good chips! Salsa wasn't bad, but it was pureed, and I prefer mine chunky. DO NOT GO HERE! this is an embarrassment of an establishment. i came here for a solo night... the patronage was good at first, kind waitress. upbeat vibes. i ordered the sangria and a churrasco steak, (i emphasized that it be done WELL) and i even ordered an extra side of beans. i was excited. i received my sangria with MOLD in my berries (see video) and they grudgingly made me another one. i was so disgusted i wasn't sure if i should cry or not because i realized it after already drinking from it. The attitude of the staff changed, noticeably. My steak arrives medium well, bleeding. I ask for my waitress to send it back for more cooking, she has her manager mockingly ask me what's wrong, takes it to the back, and shadily tells me to "cut it in front of him" it still was not done properly. He made me so uncomfortable i asked for a to-go container and left immediately. My waitress was rude by the end of the night, treating me like a burden. I was throwing up the entire next day. The staff had masks (covering their nose) and gloves the entire time and the outdoor space is big enough to practice social distancing. I came here with my friend for dinner this past Sunday. We were told it was about a 30 minute wait but it ended up only being about 10 minutes! They have a QR code that you scan so you can see the menu, 90 minute sitting times (which you don't really care about since the service is so quick and doesn't seem rushed at all), all the workers had on masks and gloves and all the tables were appropriately separated to encourage social distancing.
