Had an incredible pho turkey dip sandwich (with pho broth) and it was deliciously fresh, depth of flavor with the broth and a great combination. My girlfriend had the grilled salmon in grain salad and it was truly excellent with different textures and the salmon filet was cooked perfectly. We will be back for breakfast since we tried them for lunch for the first time. Don't let the 3.9 stars fool you, this is a 5 star restaurant. read more

Was excited about the plate called The Larry David and it was great! Added the crispy potatoes and you get an entire bowl. They were the best part! Eggs were perfect and served with seasoned avocado. Bacon was delicious and was candied. My daughter had blueberry pancakes and they were delicious too and served with cinnamon butter. We made a reservation but we saw others walk in. It is a small place with about 10 tables and was filled by the time we left. read more

Do not go to this place. We paid the bill through the QR code and was just leaving, when the waitress ran to us asking aggressively if we paid the bill, because it didnt come through on their end. We told her we did, and showed her two proofs of confirmation: the transaction record from apply pay and from chase. Even with those records, she said that was not enough and there needs to be an email confirmation. Apparently we found out later that for us to get the email confirmation we had to have an app downloaded, which of course we did not as we were tourists (once we downloaded the app later, we got the email receipt) The whole conversation was extremely aggressive and rude, and it is unreasonable that we had to experience such thing even after showing the transaction from the chase app! My friend and I came here for a quick brunch at around 11AM before I had to leave for my flight home, and we were so pleased with our meal! The place is on the smaller side and there seemed to be a queue around lunch time, so I would definitely suggest coming earlier. The menu is also a bit more limited, but there are a variety of options for everyone! My friend and I both got the westside brioche toast (one with salmon/lox, and one with bacon) and I had a side of orange juice. There was definitely a lot of food for the price paid -- neither of us could finish our meal. The sauce on the side had a kick to it but was a great addition, and I personally loved the amount of greens piled on top of the egg! The service was friendly as well and I would definitely come back again in the future! It is a bit hidden on the street, but such a great find. read more

I came here with two friends for a really great brunch one Saturday around 12:30. The place is pretty small, and we had to wait around 30 minutes for a table but eventually made it inside (the queuing process wasn't clear, and would be my biggest feedback for the crew just to either establish a list or a clear line of people as no one was sure who had arrived before or after them and some people managed to successfully jump the line...) Anyway, the menu is pretty good and has choices for vegetarians and "free from" people. There were a few veggie options and they have different nut milks and things to get a dairy free breakfast, as well as gluten free options. I ordered the fried egg and carrot salsa chilaquiles which were served with queso and pickled onions. This was a really great dish, which was a little bit spicy, not too heavy, and could be enough for someone who is moderately hungry. One friend and I decided we had some room left and shared the molasses soaked brioche French toast which came with fruit and cream. This was delicious and I'd recommend to any French toast fan. As they just recently opened I think they have a couple of things to work out (the queue, and also two of our dishes came out about 5 mins before the 3rd), but service was friendly and when the line got longer at around 1;30 or so they started handing out free coffee to people waiting in the freezing cold. read more

Muah! Echo is my favorite cafe in Paris. I love the little hidden neighborhood it is tucked away into. It definitely has a silver lake vibe which reminded me greatly of home. The food is very delicate and the flavors immaculate. The coffee was delicious and the staff was very informative and kind. read more

This was a fabulous find - Mailea, the chef creates dishes that are beyond delectable. Casual, easy and worth going to.

visited echo for the first time during breakfast hours. beautiful interior, light wood, white carrelage. the menu was promising - both the salty and sweet breakfast choices and the beverages. we decided to go with the vietnamese coco iced coffee and the raspberry avocado smoothie for the drinks and the homemade coconut yoghurt (7 EUR) with granola (+3 EUR!) and the gluten free pancakes. Drinks: Iced coffee was fabulous - even though there were so many ice cubes that the actual iced coffee itself was extremely limited, unfortunately. raspberry avocado smoothie: disappointing as it was pre-prepared and sitting in a plastic cup at the counter. once we were served we realized that the smoothies differed considerably with respect to the portion. We unfortunately had a cup that was really not filled enough seeing what you pay for it. If you serve it in plastic at least fill up the damn cups equally, people! Taste was ok, not extraordinary. Yoghurt: both extremely lemony and sour and extremely sweet at the same time. the only fruit was a slice of abricot on it. the granola was in "plate" form and three plates of granola were sticked on at the side. This was probably most disappointing. they should add more fresh fruit and reconsider the lemon and sugar ratio. Taste all in all underwhelming. Pancakes: three rather small wholegrain blueberry panckaes stacked on top of each other with very lemony whipped cream on top and in a lemon syrop (whats up with all the lemons everywhere?!), a tiny side of maple syrup. nothing extra-ordinary, again this weird sensation of being overly sweet and sour at the same time. will return to taste the salty menu, but will stay away from the sweet breakfast choices for sure. read more
