The food took a while to come out, but I didn't mind; the yummy bread kept me busy. The salmon was delightful! A tuft of arugula sitting atop a poached egg, which after being cut, drools nicely onto the salmon below, all of which is sitting atop a fried potato pancake (I think a latke?). It was delicious and very light. The potato was my favorite; crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a boutique cafe to slowly enjoy their meal.

We learned later that with the words "gratinated," it makes it a more authentic version with the cheese and bread atop of the soup versus just having onion soup. Beef tartare: There was a generous portion of the beef tartare. It was fresh in a way. It sort of looked like a pile of raw beef which technically it was.
