(In our case we had some screws that were loose, causing the intermittent flow to tax the breaker) We had used our home warranty service to have an AC guy look at the problem previously (before the breaker completely failed) and he had completely misdiagnosed the problem. Beware using "home shield" vendors, as they are paid very little and will fit the repair with what profits them the most! It was quite a fiasco until NES came out and solved it in a snap.
