I got myself the ECB double burger, Supreme chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings. The guy asked me, how do I like my burger cook? I said Medium (Pink inside), but my burger was overcooked, well done. My wife said the chicken tasted pretty good and fries and Onion rings were also good. I wish they would give a little more fries, fill it all the way to the top. I guess I would had given 4 stars, but my burger was overcooked and the fries wasn't filled up all the way to the top with the fries sticking out of the bag like other restaurants. Man, I love this spot. My girlfriend and I order from this place religiously since finding out about it last summer. She's a vegetarian and loves that there are so many veg/vegan options. This place is extremely slow and disorganized. We waited here for 20 minutes before someone took our order. There was only one table when we walked in. We were told curtly to sit and a waiter would be with us. 20 minutes later, finally someone showed up. Meanwhile they were furiously finishing other people's seamless orders. This is the third time that I have been to this location and everything was good until today. They undercooked my burger...they fixed it which was greatly appreciated. The staff was super nice and more then willing to help. Now the only problem is that I placed an order to go and of course thinking that they were handing me the correct order I went on my merry way. I can tell I will be frequenting this place a lot. Solid burger, very tasty and well presented. All the toppings looked incredibly fresh and the meat is good quality. Employees were super friendly and checked in to make sure I was happy. My only gripe is that I saw a photo of their filet-o-fish after I had ordered my burger. It looks amazing and I would have gone for that instead. Oh well, guess now I have a reason to go back tomorrow. Great option for something casual and reasonably priced. I used to love this place. They expand their menu often which is cool, buts its sort of "hit or miss". Food is great when it comes how you actually ordered it. The regular fries are gross. Sometimes they forget the sauce that goes in your sandwich. DO NOT ever get their mixed drinks, they must buy the cheap already mixed bottles of sangria that cost like $5 at Western Beef or something. However, their food quality gone downhill. I ordered ECB burger and greek salad. I've tried this burger before, when the restaurant was new and hot. They tasted good but still felt overpriced. However, this time, no. Too little bacon, caramelized onions, and mushroom. They were barely on the burger. Taste is decent but not surprisingly good. Overpriced. My only nitpick is portion sizes, some things have great portions and some have very shockingly small portions. When the value from one item is compared to another at the same price there's a noticeable difference. Salads are huge and come with a decent amount of chicken, chicken strips on their own are a smaller portion than I would expect and the better value option is to get the salad with the chicken strips. Again though, the food here is great and if you complain about soggy fries tasting like ass, maybe you're the ass you entitled prick. My experience today on Easter Sunday is definitely very unsatisfactory. My main issue is for a restaurant that has only opened for 2+ months, you really have to train your staff better! I can understand that it is Easter Sunday and no on wants to work but you have to make some sort of an effort! The cashier/order taker lady was very unhappy to be working for sure. Her enthusiasm is none and for her to constantly look at her phone indicates she has better plans than taking my order! I made sure I ordered quickly since her lack of communication shows me I better hurry up! There was no "thank you" or any comment to indicate for me to be welcomed in this establishment. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a crispy chicken burger, and a regular cheese burger with 2 side order of reg fries and cheese fries and a soda. The price alone I spent $30+ dollars and some change. The burgers/sandwiches were great! I enjoyed the food along with my family members! The fries needed some work since they became soggy real fast! My biggest gripe is the poor customer service! I hope the restaurant owner reads my review since I am sure you want to flourish as a business! Your burgers/sandwiches are great but your cashier/order taker lady is not! My family lives very close by and now they've made up their minds and not visit again! I ordered take out here for the first time today. The onion rings and cheese balls were amazing. My kids loved the chicken tenders, and milkshake. We had mixed feelings about the Mac and Cheese, it was very rich. It was all pretty good except for the burger. I spent $14 on a burger and ended up feeding it to my dog. The actual burger was completely overcooked, the bacon was mostly fat and the mushrooms and lettuce were wilted and old. After seeing the tips of the lettuce rotten and melted into my burger I just couldnt eat it. It was disgusting. My dog loved it though! read more
