During the service, the technician broke the factory drain-valve stem and the repair turned into exposed piping routed through a hole cut into the front cover of the unit. I began sending photos and requesting a proper resolution by November 2024. In December, I provided the model and serial information they requested. Gary, who I understand is the owner, also told me he would resolve the issue. However, I was repeatedly told the replacement parts, including the cover, were difficult to obtain. I specifically asked that the manufacturer be contacted, but the problem was never corrected. More than a year later, the water heater still has a hole in the front cover and an exposed drain assembly sticking out of it. I spent months following up by text and giving the company opportunities to make this right. The original mistake was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the lack of follow-through after the owner promised a resolution. Based on the unfinished repair and the amount of time this remained unresolved, I cannot recommend Henley's Plumbing & Air.

A significant amount of water was coming from my water heater tank, and I honestly panicked. I didn't know how to turnit off and started calling every emergency number I could find on Google, but most of them went straight to automated or AI answering systems. I finally went on Yelp, found Richard's number, and called him. He picked up right away and told me he could be there in 15 minutes -- and he actually arrived about 15 minutes later. He immediately helped shut everything down safely, explained what was going on, and gave me a quote that same day. He was able to replace the water heater and set up a temporary solution for me right away while everything else was being addressed. He also clearly explained the next steps and recommended a demolition company, which made an already stressful situation much easier to manage. Unfortunately, the water had already reached part of the inside of my home, so there was additional damage that needed to be repaired. Later, Richard's assistant came back and relocated the new water heater to a dry, appropriate location.
