She didn't tell me - until we were deep into the process - that she farmed the work out to India. When there were errors - and ohmygoodness were there errors ... Not just measly old typos - too many to count - but the same content repeated in wrong places; somebody else's site showing up on mine; and repeated requests for the same corrections; I'd get the most abrupt unprofessional "got it" responses - my staff would read her emails and crack up... Well, you get the picture. I was gonna use her for marketing - can't comment on that - but web design - or even a simple "I'm sorry;" - consider yourself lucky that she's sending your hard-earned dollars to India; oh, wait, you can do that yourself, right? But when she's happy, as in after you've paid her, she does have a sense of humor. One GOLD star for that!
