Food is great, staff is even better, highly recommend! My very very picky husband said "It's not the best burger I've had in my life, but it's close." You really can't get better than that. read more

Worst. Food (?). Ever. Not sure it qualifies as food. Very thin meat, smashed even thinner, and deep fried. Cross between shoe leather and cardboard. I've eaten at Central American bus stops, cross-county diners, all types of ethnic food, even Wimpy Burgers, but never had anything this bad. Don't wast your time or your money. read more

If you want a super-flavorful, meaty hamburger, this is the spot. I thought it was a chain but was surprised and delighted to meet Ramzy, one of the owners of this family-owned venture, behind the counter. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The space is small...most of the seating is outside. Both the dining area and the bathroom were clean. I ordered the double 'OG' burger. Simple and delicious, bursting with fresh meaty flavor, complimented perfectly by the grilled onions and thousand island topping. The fries were hot, crispy and delicious. It is 'tucked away' right off the 5 freeway at the Leucadia Blvd exit. Stop in. You won't be disappointed, plus you will be supporting a local family business. 5 stars all around!!! read more

These guys are the best, they are really nice and genuine. Not to mention their burgers are great as well! If you're hungry, you definitely have to get the triple burger. Overall wonderful experience, great add to leucadia. read more

With so many "burger" options it's funny to see another one pop up. The difference is this one isn't a chain and instead a family owned local business. I don't eat beef very often but when I want a burger it's refreshing to find a place that offers quality. Burger was made by order, toppings fresh and crunchy; Bread soft and flavorful. Simple really..but that's what's nice. Fries are hot, crunchy and fresh. Can't wait to try a shake next time! Wish them much success! We'll be back for sure! read more

Came here a few nights ago and can't stop thinking about this place!! They have gluten free buns AND an impossible burger??? Im sold. I got a side of Crispy' crazy fries w/ an impossible burger "OG" style and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I personally think the sides are pretty big, and the burgers have all the good stuff on em. I honestly wish I'd taken a photo of my meal but I just dug in as soon as it was set on the table....guess that's all that really needs to be said lol! read more

I love hamburger and this one definitely stands out! Fresh and flavorful, great family runner restaurant. Definitely worth a stop.

This spot was recommended to me a few months back and I was in the area today. I'm only upset that I hadn't been here sooner! Simple menu that covers all the burger bases, nothing too fancy, but still a couple unique burgers that sounded great. I had a double all American and it was perfect. Burger patties were cooked perfectly, great texture, spot-on flavor, and the perfect amount of toppings. Ordered a side of half fries and half onion rings. Really liked them both. I'm pretty picky about fries, these were really good and stayed that way, fries usually suck the second they're not perfectly fresh- these held up. On top of the food being awesome, the folks working really made what would have been a great experience already, even better. You can tell they really cared and made the extra effort. While we were there a good flow of people came and went, picking up to go orders, or eating in. They all seemed like they all were familiar with the crew. Little things like that make the overall feel of a restaurant more comfortable and welcoming. 10/10 - 100% will be back read more

Went in for the first time the other day. Service outstanding. I had the Burger Bowl and it was amazing. Watching carbs! Angus burgers were way better than I expected. With all of the other ingredients it came together as delicious. I bet you don't think 2 burgers in a bowl could be that good. But, it was. read more

10/10 food and experience! The owner was extremely accommodating and helped us navigate multiple dietary restrictions. The vegan burger was delicious and the best I have had in the area. The gluten free roll was very tasty and high quality. We also got the beef burger which was incredible! I highly recommend this place if you are in Southern California and in the mood for a perfectly executed smash burger and great customer service! read more

Got the All American Double Patty Burger combo. It was perfection. Loved the crispiness of the burger patties. The burger was juicy and delicious. Fries were fresh and crispy. The only thing I wished for was for the combo to be about $3 cheaper (paid $18 for the combo including tax, which felt a little on the higher end). read more

Super yummy burger! Super juicy and crispy at the same time. The fries were crispy and soft on the inside. Amazing service! Everyone was extremely nice. Definitely coming back here again! read more

Best burger in San Diego for sure. Good quality meat and the service is fast. Get the fries too!!!

The All American with double patties was good. I had mine minus mustard, tomatoes, and a side of thousand on the side. The burger was smaller than I expected. I felt like it could have tasted better if they seasoned the meat. The OG burger wasn't that great. I did like you can order half fries and onion rings and those were good. A decent burger and would come back again. read more

I was cruising up the coast and decided to stop at Crispy burger. Boy I'm sure glad I did that as it was the best hamburgers, fries and shake that I've ever had. Let me tell you you can't go wrong here as this wonderful family owned business turns out the best tasting food in Southern California. The prices are right, the place is clean comfortable and fun. Had the Impossible Burger as I'm a vegan who will occasionally go vegetarian. First, I'm thrilled they offer a plant based option, so kudos for that! Staff was super friendly and helpful, another plus. Burger was just OK. Top of the bun was over toasted, leaving a slightly burned taste. Probably would skip the bun and go with a bowl next time, if they offer an Impossible option. Burger patty was formed so that it overhung the bun by 1/2 inch. Not a good visual in my opinion. Also, if they sized the patty to fit in the bun they could reduce the price of the burger. The single Impossible is as much as the double and triple meat burgers. (Don"t know if they were oversized as well.) I opted for the Crunch Sauce (thousand island) but it was disappointingly thin. Maybe I caught them on a bad day in the kitchen? Also, the dill pickle chip had a nice crunch but was lacking flavor. But the thing that I will come back for is the fries! They are amazing! I will eat these fries forever! Hopefully this is just a learning curve and adjustments will be made. Early days still, so I'll give it a bit of time and another try. I wish them luck! A good plant based burger option should be a winner! read more

Amazing. French fries are hot, delicious and crispy. Full of flavor all on their own. Burger is thin, crispy and loaded with caramelized onion, cheese and thousand island dressing. Great value, friendly service. Welcome addition to the area!! read more

This family run business is absolutely one of the best and the anticipation was running long before they opened. I watched the construction while going to Starbucks and saw posts asking when they'd open and if anyone knew who owned it. As soon as they opened we had to try and we instantly loved. I've taken my boyfriend and since then he's been many more times and they know us by name because that is how sweet and personable they are. Not to mention the food is actually to die for. Their onion rings are on a different plane of existence. I have rambled but that's honestly how good they are! read more

Just had my first crispy burger! Delicious! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I ordered a single burger and it was a great size and so tasty. OMG these burgers were so good I am definitely going there every time I go in the Encinitas area best burger even better than In-N-Out go here and you won't regret it. I love how they have the option to get half fries and a half onion rings because sometimes we are so undecided whether we want fries or onion rings but here I got the best of both worlds. The ranch dressing was so yummy. You can tell it's homemade. See you soon crispy burgers. read more

Best burger in town! They use only Certified Angus Beef to make all burgers! If your in area you must come try, hands down the best!

Bacon breakfast sandwich was delicious. Was just passing through but so glad I stopped.

Just a greasy salty hamburger. I would rather spend some more money and get a decent hamburger. Would not return.

Had really high expectations after reading all the 5 star reviews and for once expectations were exceeded. It's so rare for a place to not have a single bad or even mediocre thing about it, but crispy burger doesn't miss! You might be thinking, "how good could a chicken sandwich be at a burger place?" Even the chicken sandwich is amazing! Stopped here twice, once for dinner once for breakfast. Add a hash brown to whatever you get, it's amazing! Flavorful, not overly greasy, and the customer service is awesome. Friendly faces all around. Love it. This business deserves all the success read more

Five stars isn't a high enough rating for this delicious; fast; and friendly burger joint!! This is the first burger and fries I've eaten in years as I normally do not like burgers and fries. Being a devoted Yelp fan, I had to try this place as five star ratings from over 200 people is an anomaly. It is easy to see why everyone loves the fresh burgers; crispy fries; and thick milkshakes!! read more
