How do they throw away buttons or anglers knowing it belongs to someone's piece of clothing. It's their responsibility to save everything that comes off as I can't get the same aglet since Burberry doesn't sell them. These are $1800 coats not $200 where I can buy another one tomorrow. Over time, however, problems became hard to ignore. I repeatedly had to insist that stains be noted during intake--even obvious ones I pointed out--and, as another recent reviewer mentioned, basic stains were often not removed. The final straw came with my last order, which was missing three shirts when I picked it up. When I raised the issue, the manager (Cesar) shrugged and suggested I check an abandoned clothing rack myself. These were bespoke shirts from Geneva Shirts in Manhattan, costing $350 each. I simply can't afford to entrust expensive, custom clothing to a cleaner that handles items this casually. If you invest in expensive clothes be warned about this cleaner. I wonder how many positive reviews they will need to buy to bury this one.

When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

Lizzie has helped me on multiple occasions with delicate fabrics removing stains or scents accumulated through other people's perfume or just regular wear, and without piling on a bunch of new scents (chemicals) to cover it up - as I experienced previously. I'm very sensitive to scented cleaners and she really took the time to go through the process with the right products and 2x if necessary to get it done. It makes all the difference when you can count on someone with your favorite high-end pieces to do the job right.
