The person who booked us was very responsive and answered all our questions. The movers they sent were friendly and handled our stuff with care. They wrapped our furniture and took apart some of the bigger items and reassembled them when we got to the new house. They seemed to genuinely want to help. I honestly despise moving and I can't comprehend how these guys do it on a daily basis. Worth every penny to not have to do it ourselves.

The entire process was easy from start to finish. Max and his team worked hard and handled everything smoothly. Even though we only had a one-bedroom apartment, the distance from our apartment door to the moving truck was long, and our townhome has two separate entrances on different streets, which made things more complicated. We still have storage units to empty, and I'll definitely be calling them again next week to get that scheduled. Highly recommend.

We didn't quite hit that, but at no point did it feel like anyone was wasting time. The crew hustled the entire job. They listened to how I wanted to prioritize the move. We focused on large furniture first, got all the key items handled, then worked through the rest. Communication was constant. They asked questions, followed direction, and adjusted quickly without any pushback. The team was professional the whole time. No hesitation, even with heavy items or sending things upstairs. Everything was wrapped appropriately, not overdone, just done right. Nothing was damaged, and they were careful with walls and flooring throughout. We had discussed heavier items and drive time ahead of time, and everything was handled fairly. No surprises. I also compared pricing beforehand, and their rate of $199/hour (cash) plus the $60 truck fee was in line with what I was seeing. We ended up at about 3 hours 45 minutes total and paid $825, which felt great for the level of effort and coordination involved. Every move is different, but there were no surprises. Vladimir, Dima, Greg, and Aibek were a great team. They worked hard, communicated well, and stayed professional throughout. They're not just strong; they're delicate as well, and added protective blankets, tape, and wrap to anything that needed it (which turned out to be pretty much all furniture items). I mentioned it already, but they're so dang efficient. I know some people can be worried that movers will extend time by moving slowly, but this is not the case with Yermek and Albert. I never once felt like they could be going faster. EFFICIENT is the only word to use here. Thank you Move To Go, Yermek and Albert. Matrix stood out amongst the others initially for their fair pricing and the fact they didn't charge double drive time like so many other moving companies. I am happy to report that I chose Matrix Moving for my recent move and Vlad and his team exceeded all expectations and I am very happy with my experience. From the weeks leading up to the move date until the final papers were signed at the end of the job, Vlad was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and even took the time to do a walkthrough of my previous place to ensure there were no surprises on moving day (not something any other company I used in the past did). The crew of three that did the job was fast and efficient and didn't waste any time. Very considerate and aware they were on the customer's dime. Things that had me a little apprehensive leading up to the move (we had to contend with trash day and some home theater equipment) the team handle with ease and care. I've watched them work, and they are masters at "moving Tetris." They wrap every piece of furniture securely in padded blankets and shrink wrap to prevent any scratches or dings. For my most delicate items--like kitchenware, electronics, and artwork--they use a meticulous multi-layer approach with high-quality packing paper and bubble wrap. They are strategic about loading the truck, ensuring heavy items are at the base and my fragile boxes are safely secured on top or in "buffer zones" so nothing shifts or gets crushed during the long drive between NorCal and SoCal.Plus, they stay organized by labeling every box with the correct room and using 'Fragile' or 'Handle with Care' stickers wherever needed. Enter EZ moving company. We had gotten several quotes in the area that made me want to straight up sell all my stuff but EZ moving company swooped in and literally saved the day. To start they were affordable and the entire package. Once we explained our situation as well they were so KIND offering words of comfort. We put down a deposit and three weeks later on a Friday morning 4 guys showed up on time to pack up our place. They were nice and worked fast, a little over 5 hours and everything was packaged with such care and I was able to ask them to leave out our necessities for the next few days. Saturday morning the crew showed up on time and ready to work as they loaded their truck not once but twice to move our things over to our new place. They took apart and put back together our furniture. Put most things in the places I requested and UNWRAPPED everything! Meaning I didn't have to fight with my nightstand for months later bc it was already cleanly unpackaged. And drumroll.....NOTHING was broken. Not a thing. Not a piece of furniture, not one mirror (we have 3), not a dish or glass bowl, or lamp or anything. Moving with this company was such a breeze they make me feel at ease if we ever have to use their services again. Which we most definitely will and recommend to everyone we know.
