In the meantime, they suggested we try having the dealership recalibrate it ourselves--which felt unprofessional and completely shifted the burden onto us. To make matters worse, they refused to release the hold on my credit card while the issue remained unresolved. Four weeks later, they finally ordered an OEM windshield and completed the installation correctly. However, there was no compensation for the multiple visits, lost time, or transportation costs (including Ubers for drop-off and pickup). Overall, this process was frustrating, time-consuming, and poorly handled from start to finish.
