This will definitely be a go to store to find a unique gift for that special someone! Lots of holiday stuff right now, but truly a variety of items to find something for a special gift! We always have friends and family who are looking for a variety of Flagstaff water bottle stickers, and I would never have thought to look here, but they have tons! I already sent a friend there who almost lives right around the corner from this place who was looking for some last minute gifts and she too could not believe she had never been here! My only complaint is that it was a bit overcrowded with items making it a bit overwhelming, but it's doable to find the perfect item! Will definitely be a go to store for me, especially for gifts!

So far I've bought only clothing & cologne - cashmere scarf, silk tie (which I ruined by throwing it into a washing machine), beanie, hoodies, Dolce & Gabbana. I wish they gave coupons out for returning customers. People are always nice to me here, and they luckily have a security guard - I get harassed by people off the street whenever I walk around outside the mall sidewalks, those people know to not act like that here. I hope this store stays in business (especially in 2025), there isn't any Louis Vuitton or Polo Ralph Lauren stores in Flagstaff sadly.

I didn't even realize they carried such a wide variety of Patagonia, which was such a fun surprise because we're huge fans. It's one of our go-to brands for working out and staying warm, so seeing all the options in one place felt dangerous in the best way. We popped into the store and it was bright, spacious, and packed with people probably because there was a sale going on. The back of the store is where all the sale and clearance goodies are hiding, so obviously that's where we gravitated. There's something so satisfying about finding a cozy staple at a discount. The sales associates were super sweet and kept checking in to see if we needed anything without being pushy. Dressing rooms are a little limited, so you might have to wait, but bonus points: there are chairs if your husband or boyfriend needs a designated waiting area while you shop.

Update to my review of May 27. When I rode my bike after Absolute Bikes made it work again, I…read morediscovered the gear shift was not working properly. I asked the shop if they checked it. They said no, it was not on the work order. I had requested that they make the bike "road worthy" once again. Seemed odd that that would not include a check of the gear mechanism. My issue wasn't that it wasn't repaired, but that it was never looked at, which I thought would be a routine part of "road worthy" service. They said I could bring it in again on the weekends when they take all comers on a first come first served basis to have it looked it. The lesson here is make no assumptions. You must be very clear and explicit in what you ask them to do. Do not assume they will take the initiative.

**July 2026: Sunday Night Visit**…read more This is my favorite Goodwill. I first visited Flagstaff four years ago and stopped in here then, and it was just as great on this trip. Parking is ample, which makes it easy to pop in and browse without any hassle. I also love that there's truly something for everyone here, whether you're shopping for men's, women's, children's, or household items. On this visit, I found a bolo tie, a Lawrence Kazar silk deep purple beaded mini dress, a black leotard, and a pink square neck leotard. The selection is colorful, varied, and well worth digging through, and the sizes worked well for me too. My total came to $18.85, which felt like an incredible deal for everything I brought home. Can't wait for my next Flagstaff visit to find more gems!

I haven't had any interactions with employees, but I am sure they're all very kind. My issue I have with this store & all of Goodwill's is that they overprice items, or sell things heavily damaged at almost full cost. Below is proof. The shorts are NWT priced at $6.61 from the department store it came from. Goodwill is selling it for $8.99. They have no shame whatsoever doing this. It's really awful business. After this experience, I will be shopping at non profits, because this is very disturbing. Do better Goodwill.
