The 2 ladies that came to clean just left. They put in about 3 hours for a total deep clean. Im almost in tears at how great my house looks! Joseline was FANTASTIC! She communicated fully through phone and email, and I booked this 2 days BEFORE Thanksgiving for the day BEFORE, and she sent out the team for the time I needed with no issues. They did a DEEP clean and everything sparkles. The ladies were on time, brought all their own supplies and were so so so so nice! I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, GOOD cleaning service. The windows are done, the window sills are done, the inside of my oven and microwave are done, behind the toilet is done, everything is off the ground, the baseboards are done,and I almost want to roll around on my floors BECAUSE I CAN. The sofa has been vacuumed, and they even cleaned the cats litter pad. I could hug them. After scouring Yelp for a decent place, I will stand firmly behind them as a great business. There were so many reviews for companies that never showed, or wouldn't communicate-- I never had that problem with Joseline, and I was even shocked at the accommodating that she did for me so last minute with a holiday the same week. While I had hoped to have a wonderful experience after speaking with joseline on the phone yesterday I am sad to announce that I never received service. I was assured by Joseline that someone would be at my house between 7:30-8:00 am. It is now 9:33am a full two hours after the decided upon time. While am understanding of the fact that it is Easter and that it may be hard to get people to clean, joseline promised me that her people are very punctual and would be there at the decided upon time. I should have heeded the complaints from the prior posts/reviews about the service providers not showing up on time or at all. I just wish joseline would've been honest and said she had no one and that the services would not be available on this day. Horrible experience. Purchased a deal on living social. Made an appointment, and they didn't show or call to let me know they weren't coming. After several emails on my part, Joseline told me she had a family emergency. O.k. I understand, things happen. But it gets worse, she never responded to any of my emails after that...ugh... I try to support small businesses but I feel that this company just took my money and ran and I'm not o.k. with that ( living social voucher expired as I waited for her to get back to me :(). She even helped me move an appointment when I had something else come up. Aurora and Cindy were the cleaners that came to my house, and they did a fantastic job! Everything looks stunning, and they even moved books and DVDs on our TV stand and nightstands to make sure everything was spotless. They did a similarly thorough job in all other rooms... even the bathroom and kitchen! This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever contacted. They seem to never be able to pick up a phone I had an appointment with them today at 9 am it is now 10:30 and the cleaning ladies Aurora and Martha never showed up. I have been calling since 9 trying to get in touch with them and am still waiting on a response or at least an excuse as to why no one bothered to show up. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! I know my place was very dirty and hadn't had it professionally cleaned in a while but for the fact that they didn't even clean the coffee pot kind of makes me wonder with this crew. I can't even describe how awesome these ladies are! I have used this service twice and both times they cleaned well beyond what any service has ever done! They mopped our laminate floors with soap and water and not swiffers like this other service I used, they arranged our books in the playroom all nice and straight like a library, lol they cleaned everything I asked and even more Always on time and did such a fantastic job...it make me wonder if their very few bad reviews are from their competition because this business is wonderful and I am so glad I found them .. I called Joseline on Monday and luckily, she had an appointment available on Wednesday. She coordinated my appointment and quickly sent me a confirmation email which illustrated her professionalism and organization. Martha and Aurora were on time, waiting outside my apartment to begin. I manage a small business in South Gate. I contacted Easy Cleaning for monthly janitorial service. I used them five or six times. I found the service (when they actually showed up) to be mediocre at best. My biggest gripe is they are nearly impossible to get a hold of, and once you finally are able to schedule a service, they don't show up 50% of the time. I used this cleaning service once before for a deep cleaning and was pleased with the results, therefore I recently scheduled a second appointment thinking I would get the same level of customer service I had experienced before. My assumption was VERY wrong. I scheduled the service with the owner Joseline and she said that she herself would be the one to clean our place. Long story short as many other Yelp reviewers have mentioned, she NEVER showed up. No call, no response to my voicemails, absolutely nothing! I am still so upset and in shock as we scheduled our entire day around this and I had everything laid out for her. What kind of business treats their customers like this?
