Bought the living social deal; will be asking for refund. Appointment scheduled, but cleaners did not show up and no call. Emailed and called to find our what happened. Received a response 5-6 hours later that a system crashes and the appointments didn't go out. Asked to reschedule I responded to reschedule, and still no response/cleaners. Poorly ran company. read more

We've been using Easy Cleaning for about a year now, and still like their service. They have been stuck in traffic making them late a few times, but we really appreciate their calls to us telling us about when they will be coming. They follow our instructions very well. We really appreciate their service. We have had to reschedule, and a quick call to Joseline is all that it takes. read more

The 2 ladies that came to clean just left. They put in about 3 hours for a total deep clean. Im almost in tears at how great my house looks! Joseline was FANTASTIC! She communicated fully through phone and email, and I booked this 2 days BEFORE Thanksgiving for the day BEFORE, and she sent out the team for the time I needed with no issues. They did a DEEP clean and everything sparkles. The ladies were on time, brought all their own supplies and were so so so so nice! I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, GOOD cleaning service. The windows are done, the window sills are done, the inside of my oven and microwave are done, behind the toilet is done, everything is off the ground, the baseboards are done, and I almost want to roll around on my floors BECAUSE I CAN. The sofa has been vacuumed, and they even cleaned the cats litter pad. I could hug them. After scouring Yelp for a decent place, I will stand firmly behind them as a great business. There were so many reviews for companies that never showed, or wouldn't communicate-- I never had that problem with Joseline, and I was even shocked at the accommodating that she did for me so last minute with a holiday the same week. When I need another deep clean, or just to treat myself to a clean home-- I will be using Easy Cleaning Services again, without hesitation. THANKS SO MUCH! read more

While I had hoped to have a wonderful experience after speaking with joseline on the phone yesterday I am sad to announce that I never received service. I was assured by Joseline that someone would be at my house between 7:30-8:00 am. It is now 9:33am a full two hours after the decided upon time. While am understanding of the fact that it is Easter and that it may be hard to get people to clean, joseline promised me that her people are very punctual and would be there at the decided upon time. I should have heeded the complaints from the prior posts/reviews about the service providers not showing up on time or at all. I just wish joseline would've been honest and said she had no one and that the services would not be available on this day. Instead she made me have false hope of help when I am sick and have people coming over. I would not recommend this service. read more

Horrible experience. Purchased a deal on living social. Made an appointment, and they didn't show or call to let me know they weren't coming. After several emails on my part, Joseline told me she had a family emergency. O.k. I understand, things happen. But it gets worse, she never responded to any of my emails after that...ugh... I try to support small businesses but I feel that this company just took my money and ran and I'm not o.k. with that ( living social voucher expired as I waited for her to get back to me :(). Would not recommend this company at all! read more

I purchased the Living Social deal and schedule my appointment. Scheduling was easy and Joseline was very friendly and wonderful to work with! She even helped me move an appointment when I had something else come up. Aurora and Cindy were the cleaners that came to my house, and they did a fantastic job! Everything looks stunning, and they even moved books and DVDs on our TV stand and nightstands to make sure everything was spotless. They did a similarly thorough job in all other rooms... even the bathroom and kitchen! They were also very friendly and professional, and they checked with me after finishing each room to see if I wanted anything retouched. So, so, so pleased with this company. Yay! read more

Customer since 2012! Easy Cleaning Services are affordable and always worth it. I've been working with Joseline, Jorge and their team for awhile now and I continue to be impressed with their customer service, professionalism and quality. They are responsive, thorough and, more importantly, kind and considerate. I love their work, use them regularly (every month!) and recommend them to friends. Book now and you won't be disappointed. read more

This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever contacted. They seem to never be able to pick up a phone I had an appointment with them today at 9 am it is now 10:30 and the cleaning ladies Aurora and Martha never showed up. I have been calling since 9 trying to get in touch with them and am still waiting on a response or at least an excuse as to why no one bothered to show up. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! Joseline can't say there was an issue with booking do to the fact that we went over everything twice to make sure she had the correct address, phone number, and email just in case. read more

Joseline's team did a great job cleaning our apartment for move-in. We had specific items and areas we wanted cleaned thoroughly. And they had a floor steam cleaner which did a great job of getting our concrete floors shining. Just hired them for ongoing cleaning service. read more

I can't even describe how awesome these ladies are! I have used this service twice and both times they cleaned well beyond what any service has ever done! They mopped our laminate floors with soap and water and not swiffers like this other service I used, they arranged our books in the playroom all nice and straight like a library, lol they cleaned everything I asked and even more Always on time and did such a fantastic job...it make me wonder if their very few bad reviews are from their competition because this business is wonderful and I am so glad I found them .. I almost didn't want to write this because I want them all to myself! lol But they deserve this review because they are not only excellent at cleaning, they are non- judgy , very sweet, and trustworthy !!! read more

So this is the second or third time I've used this service, this time I got two different people and the service was not is great. They did an OK job for the two hours they were here. I know my place was very dirty and hadn't had it professionally cleaned in a while but for the fact that they didn't even clean the coffee pot kind of makes me wonder with this crew. Normally the cruise that I get go above and beyond what I ever expect. This was not that crew. read more

Joseline has been so great. I always know my stress will be lifted after she comes because my house is perfectly cleaned! I appreciate that she always makes sure to ask if I need anything touched up after she finishes. She is so friendly and personable I feel like I've known her for so long! If you are looking for someone with strong ethics and great customer care, Easy Cleaning Services is what you need! read more

Joseline is very professional and does a great job cleaning apartments for our company at reasonable prices.

After googling and calling serval cleaning services, I finally called Joseline. She quoted me less than half the price that the other services wanted to charge me. The 2 people who cleaned my apartment arrived right on time and took exactly 2 hrs. They didn't require a lot of direction and were very efficient. I was very satisfied with the experience and will definitely call again for another cleaning. read more

I bought the Groupon deal for their services. They were originally scheduled to come out on Thursday, but one of the ladies had a family emergency. Joseline called and asked if they can reschedule for another day. I didn't have a problem with rescheduling, but just to make sure my wife and I were happy, she added another hour of cleaning for free! They were very customer service oriented and friendly. I would definitely recommend their servies to anyone! read more

I purchased a Living Social coupon for a discount deal for Easy Cleaning Services. I am hosting an event at my apartment this weekend and was eager to have the space looking clean and tidy. I called Joseline on Monday and luckily, she had an appointment available on Wednesday. She coordinated my appointment and quickly sent me a confirmation email which illustrated her professionalism and organization. Martha and Aurora were on time, waiting outside my apartment to begin. They spent two hours and the place looks incredible! When I walked in the door from work, I was extremely satisfied. The hardwood floors were shiny. The scent was fresh and clean. I will absolutely use Martha and Aurora for future needs. They eliminated much stress for me! read more

Used Easy Cleaning Services twice before. Once they were on time; the other time 30 minutes late. Today, I had an appointment at 12:00. At 12:30 they called to say they would be here at 1:00. At 1:30, they said they would be here in 30 minutes. It is 3:30 now, and they still haven't should up and won't answer their phone. read more

I am very satisfied & happy with Easy Cleaning Services. They are in fact an easy cleaning service! Very professional, great customer service, & need no guidance or prompting when cleaning. Nothing makes me more happy as a busy working mother with two babies than coming home after a long day of work with my arms full of babies to my house that looks amazing and smells amazing. I highly recommend this service to anyone that is as busy as me and needs a trustworthy easy breezy cleaning service read more

Joseline and Jorge are unfailingly meticulous, professional, reliable, respectful of your privacy, and thoughtful. Absolutely the best cleaning service I've ever dealt with. read more

I manage a small business in South Gate. I contacted Easy Cleaning for monthly janitorial service. I used them five or six times. I found the service (when they actually showed up) to be mediocre at best. My biggest gripe is they are nearly impossible to get a hold of, and once you finally are able to schedule a service, they don't show up 50% of the time. I would not recommend Easy Cleaning if reliability is an issue. read more

I used this cleaning service once before for a deep cleaning and was pleased with the results, therefore I recently scheduled a second appointment thinking I would get the same level of customer service I had experienced before. My assumption was VERY wrong. I scheduled the service with the owner Joseline and she said that she herself would be the one to clean our place. Long story short as many other Yelp reviewers have mentioned, she NEVER showed up. No call, no response to my voicemails, absolutely nothing! I am still so upset and in shock as we scheduled our entire day around this and I had everything laid out for her. What kind of business treats their customers like this? I'm appalled and will never be using this company again. Joseline just lost a potential monthly customer and I was going to recommend her to others but that definitely won't be happening now. Hopefully other's don't ever have to experience this complete disrespect. read more
