Father & Son (Anthony & Chase) were my technicians who arrived to my house upon my urgent need of licensed plumbers!! These two gentlemen removed my faulty inoperable sump-pump, and successfullly had installed a brand new efficient model... after the old unit caused water to flood my basement. Anthony and son Chase worked hard & effectively. Do not hesitate to call Easterday Plumbing to care for household plumbing needs. You will be impressed with their loyalty, attentiveness & hard working ethics! Sincerely, Anthony Woodson read more

I have been using Easterday plumbing for some years now. A recent plumbing problem prompted me to call Easterday Plumbing again. I got the same courtesy treatment from your staff. I was most impressed with Aaron, who fixed me up right away. He was professional yet patient with me in explaining what my problem was. He seemed to be a positive person who wanted to do things the right way. I have other plumping work that will need to be done. Yes, I will be asking if Aaron is available. read more

I had loud drips inside the toilet tank and it was running on and on. He could have charged me alot more to fix the problem but in reality it wasn't that much. I am very impressed with service and will call them again if i need to. read more

Yesterday we had Mike from Easterday Plumbing to our house. He was very helpful and friendly. He fixed our problem in a very professional manner explaining everything to us. We also felt Easterday's fees were very fair. In the future we will always request Mike. read more

When we discovered an underground water leak leading out to our barn, we contacted Easterday for a quote. I cannot say enough good things about dealing with this company. They came out within 24 hours and gave us an extremely reasonable quote utilizing underground directional boring to bury a new water line from our house into the barn and then install a new water hydrant. The whole team that came, both the plumbers and the boring company crew, were very professional and their workmanship was excellent. The cleanup was perfect - no mess was left. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend Easterday Plumbing to others. Fran T. read more

Terrible customer service on the phone! I'm trying to find out if my sump pump is still under warranty. The woman who answered the phone was rude and nasty. I wanted to find out if my sump pump is still under warranty, and she refused to help me. At 4:15pm, she rerouted all her calls to an answering service, when it is not closed until 4:30pm. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Easterday has been my plumber for ten years. I've nearly always spoken to Ken on the phone when I call. Today, I accidentally flushed a cleaning product when I dropped it in a toilet. A stupid mistake, not an emergency. They still worked around my schedule and came to fix the problem same day. Very fair prices. Very professional. Can't say enough good things about Easterday. read more

Had a new washer installed, upon the maiden run, discovered the drain had an issue, not wanting to drain as it should. Which caused a run over of the stand pipe. This was on 11-22-22, we had contacted another plumber on the day of the great flood and as of this morning and tonight he had not bothered to return a call. So we contacted Easterday. Called at 8:09 a.m on 11-23-22 and reached their answering service. The young lady was excellent, took all our info and said she would give to them and we would receive a call today. Well here it is 7:48 p.m on 11-23-22 and no call. As of this time we have contacted a 3rd plumber and he will be here on Friday afternoon. We try to use small business whenever possible and did manage to do so today. But at least a return call would be appropriate and the responsible thing to do by the business. We were more than willing to work with them for the day and time of repair, but obviously they don't want the business! read more

Easter Day Plumbing has been a godsend!! They were timely professional and knowledgeable!

Fantastic to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable techs, quick service and reasonably priced. Will be my go to for all plumbing needs.

A broken float and a running toilet led us to call Easterday early in the morning. Vince came to the house first thing and diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. We always call Easterday for our plumbing problems. Great service, courteous and friendly repairmen, highly recommended! read more

This is the second time we have used Easterday. First time was a year or so ago thru Lowes to install a toilet we had purchased the second time was yesterday (8/31) to replace an old garbage disposal. Both times the person that showed up was polite and professional. I would not hesitate to use Easterday again for any plumbing problems that may occur. read more

This company did a great job! They were kind, honest, professional! Great job Anthony!!

I thought their service was terrible they came your house basically telling us that all the plumbing needed to be done would have costed thousands. We had another plumber come and fix the problem that they didn't even fix lol for a couple hundred bucks. I would not recommend their services to anyone they are crooks read more

We had a issue with 4 of our toilets not working properly and Josh was our plumber and he was very honest, fast and professional . Last minute we had him also look at our shower faucet he mind you didn't come to our house for the shower but did look at it and it was a quick easy fix and he didn't charge us for it. We defiantly would use them again and request Josh not because he fixed our shower for free but because he could of easily charged us and took advantage of us and didn't read more

After calling 4 different plumbers and not getting any response we gave up. I heard an ad for their " same day service" and called. We couldn't be happier with the service, and professionals they sent to do the work. Anthony and Chase were very courteous, and answered all of our questions. We highly reccomend them. They replaced our hot water heater, new faucets, disposal, toilets, and updated our shut off valves. We will use them again. Thank you Easterday. read more

Easterday came out a week ago to fix a leaking toilet. They replaced the seal. Yesterday it began to leak again. I called first thing this morning and they had it fixed by 11am. I have used them in the past and have always been happy with the results. I know that when something with an old house goes wrong that it might take more than one visit. The technician today was helpful, knowledgeable and nice. They did not charge me for the second visit and also rebuilt the inside of the tank at no charge. Will be calling them to replace my water heater. read more

Had a problem with them not finding a leak but they refunded everything they charged me so I'd say at least they made it right in the end.

I used Easterday many times in the past and they use to be reasonable on pricing. However, when I recently started my new remodel I used them to conceal a 1' vent pipe in the ceiling before I closed it in. That was $250.00, but I thought it was due to it being a small job. 2/21/2012 I used them again as I thought that was just a fluke. Ken charged $435.00 to cut and extend and cap to copper lines, cost and install of a closet flange with 90 degree, and to install a toilet without removal. When I called to discuss the extreme pricing I was told by Clint that they charge $185 to remove and replace a toilet but still charged me $175 to only install one. The whole job only took 1 1/2 hours. They use to be reasonable. I called Tom's and received a quote of $250 for the same job, with adding a vanity sink install. Save your money folks, use someone else. Ken Easterday does good work but unreasonable. BTW, they were down the street on the same day, I'll talk to that neighbor. read more

I called them and they came out on 9-10-15. It was a service man and a trainee. They look at our water heater and the heating element had burn wires and they did a check and said out water heater needed to be replace and to do everything it would cost $1450. The trainee then said the electrical was wrong and I would need to bring in a electrician to come out and fix the electric. Well I had my family member come out certified in electric and plumbing and the electric was okay. The water heater was okay as well. What happen the heating element went bad which caused the wires to melt. This happens from time to time. He replaced the element at a cost of $13 and had some correct wires to replace the melted ones for $5.00 and now we have hot water. You wanted to charge me $1450 for brand new heater which I did not need and it cost us $18 to fix and pizza for our member that did it. CAN YOU SAY SCAM ARTIST! I will make sure to get the word out to all my friends and family. You may ask why did we not just ask our family member, well he had no time but when he heard what they wanted to charge us he stepped in. BAD COMPANY SHAME ON YOU! read more
