Wade asked where she lived and he noted that he had a job close by and would be willing to stop by if their schedule allowed. Wade arrived and spoke to my grandmother at length while checking out the situation and performing the necessary service. He treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. Wade exemplifies the best qualities of us. He exemplifies the fruits of the Spirit. I tried to order a standard two burner stove to replace one in my outdoor kitchen. After 3 trips to the store and several phone calls, I finally gave up. Then I ordered a 10k fireplace, took a month to come in, parts were "missing", which took another month delaying our remodel for 6 weeks. They didn't seem to care, gave us the run around and weren't helpful solving the problem. I will never do business with them again

I looked the battery details/warranty up before going to Noonday Ace Hardware and found the battery carries a minimum 2 year warranty. Took it in for an exchange and was told batteries in TX only last a year. Everyone knows that's an outright lie!!!! I just replaced a seven year old battery on my Solara yesterday and the new battery for it has a four year warranty. I'm 63 and have never had a battery expire at a year. In fact, batteries come with 2, 3, and 4 year warranties. Just burn your money instead of doing business with these folks. Attaching some general battery info for the curious. I told her I wanted to buy all of them and that there would were too many to carry by my hands. I also explained to her that the store orders extras for me as I'm the main consumer of them. She walked away and disappeared into a back room. So I only purchased 3 o rings and decided not to buy the other items that I was interested in as well. I told the owner about this And explain to her that because of her employee was so rude, I have no desire to come back into the store. It seems that customer service is now over.

I use my sauna 5 times a week without steam and 2 days with. Hardley ever miss a day. The Vigor however is an everyday thing, sometimes twice a day even in the winter. It is much harder to get into, you have to pump yourself up a bit, but the benefits are unbelievable. I am 65 years old and both of these are an absolute must. When I go on a vacation and miss even just a couple of days, I begin to feel it the difference and the first thing I do when I get back is a 40-degree plunge in my Vigor, followed later on with a 190-degree sauna in my Tylo!
