We also got multiple photos from Elizabeth while we were on our trip. She responded to our texts with questions immediately, but she almost always sent us updates before we thought to ask. And ever since we came home, Miss Pickle has been more affectionate, brave, and playful then before we went on our trip. But, they were bonded and I really liked their website and credentials. So, I thought that I would try it. When Cindy came for the consultation, I knew that I had made a good choice. I felt so comfortable having her take care of my cats and, obviously, my house. She is absolutely lovely and very qualified. Plus, we discovered mutual acquaintances. (I think they take care of everyone's pets in the area!) First, they give you an in-depth consultation to review all the needs of your pets before you go away. This is great! They even asked questions I didn't think to tell them. Then, while you are away, they really do a great job with your pets. One of ours is a little tricky and requires medicine. This was no problem at all. You get pictures while you are away. (This is nice!) If there are any difficulties, even minor, you get a call or message. I don't trust people at all and I trust them. I can't say enough good things!

I highly recommend using this day care, ESPECIALLY if you do not want you dog locked in a kennel for hours a day. Long Story I own a 5 year old boxer mix named Oscar. Oscar has been my only family, traveling with me for the past 5 years and I care for him very much. As so, it is very hard for me to leave him in the hands of others and NEVER over night. I started using the day care because of my work schedule and also because of how happy he was when I would pick him up. He quickly learned the word "day care" and really looked forward to seeing Jen and the other dogs. I became so comfortable because of his obvious enjoyment that this was the first day care I ever allowed my dog to be stay over night! When I relocated for work I wish I could have brought Jen and the day care with me!
