We brought our dog in this morning for grooming. Wow, what a difference. He looked wonderful. I was in the waiting area the whole time and not once did I hear any whining or crying from my baby. Have heard horrible reviews on how they treat the animals when you're not within ear shot. Beware!

Horrible! Came back to pick up my Labrador after a bath and nail clipping. Evidently no one knew we were in the waiting area, we heard a groomer who identified herself as the owner screaming at some poor dog for not cooperating during his nail clipping. Then we heard the dog whining and crying. My dog? No way! Never heard him make those distressing sounds. Well, it was my very well behaved and well trained Labrador. A heated argument ensued with foul language from both sides. The groomer was unapologetic and called the police, we were approached by two people in the parking lot who heard all the yelling and told us that they have heard bad things about spuds spaws. My dog is like my child, so if you feel the same about your pet, you probably shouldn't go there. read more

Screaming and swearing at him, I honestly did not believe it was gander in that room. Our dog is actually traumatized, by what he went through, upon arriving home he went to our room to be alone, which is very unlike him. All said and done The police were called, because the owner became very defensive when she brought our dog out and arguments ensued. I have been bringing my two fur babies to SS since they opened their doors. The owner was, and continues to be, extremely accommodating working around my schedule. Her grooming skills are top notch, her staff are sweet and handles my girls with care. G & L look amazing when I pick them up. The owner always gives L a toy/treat and knows just how to handle my crazy girl. The love for animals is obvious and her handling of the dogs demonstrate such. Highly recommend SS!! read more

Super kind and accommodating and how Easy it is to schedule a nail trim. Love the kid-made signs & fresh farm eggs there, too.
