Touching the cans seems like a one person job Especially in already overcrowded aisles. The customer service was nonexistent. While in line a totally different worker was standing on shelving touching products in the same way... probably an end of night duty but it was very rude and uncomfortable while the line was wrapped around and full of people waiting and waiting. The absolute straw that broke the camels back was I was 5 minutes late an appointment due to trying to get an elderly small dog with hip problems and a puppy into my car by myself and drive and his clock was 10 minutes faster than every other clock in the world and he refused to honor the appointments for both dogs even after he came and grabbed one of my dogs and took them inside already, so they groomed one and gave her the most hideous groom ever, you had to cancel my other dog for being 5 minutes late but couldn't make sure her cut was even now that you had one less dog?! This place was the reason we started grooming our first dog because of his nasty attitude but a family friends kid started working there so we gave them another chance. They are very good with all of the animals and do a fantastic job. My Buffy comes out perfectly groomed, smells terrific and her fur is so soft. Pricing is very reasonable. Regular customers get first dibs on scheduling for the next calendar year so I have a regular day and time slot every six weeks for the entire year. They are booked several weeks out, so first time customers might have to wait. It is worth it though.

First we had a 1:00 PM appointment so we dropped the dog off at 5 minutes to 1 and we were told it might be a bit longer than usual so we figured she would be done by 2:30 PM. We returned a little after 2 and one of the groomers came out and didn't remember us from when we dropped the dog off. He wanted to know if we were there to pick up a pizza next door. I said no we were there to pick up our dog. He told us she wasn't done yet and would be another hour, this was at 2:30 PM. When we took the dog in February, they told us it would be a little over an hour and it was just over an hour and they did a wonderful job. When he told us at 2:30 it would be another hour she had already been there for 1 1/2 hours. He also said we should figure on three hours for a grooming, over twice as long as her previous visit. At 4:20 PM we finally got the dog back. The grooming job didn't seem to be as well done as her previous visit, probably because of so many grooming jobs done today.This was not acceptable to us as we had to wait in the parking lot for most of this time. If they were going to be overbooked, as they seemed to be, we should have been told so we could have made an appointment later. The owners texted us explaining that many of the dogs and cats were way over due and that's just the way it is. We wouldn't have been so upset if they had explained to us up front, so we could have scheduled when they were not so busy.

We just got our second golden retriever puppy from Famn Damily Farm. We got our first a year and a…read morehalf ago. Both dogs are beautiful, incredibly healthy, and have been amazing additions to our family. And I really can't say enough good things about Famn Damily. I've been there twice now. With my family. In both cases we drove 240 miles to get there, just because we realized what a special place it is, and because we knew we didn't want to get our puppies from any place else. You set foot on the farm, and you see dogs that are truly living their best lives. They have so much space to run and play, they are so well cared for, and so loved, and so clearly happy!! And healthy. And the facilities that have been constructed for the dogs, that clearly took a great deal of time, money and effort to build, are very impressive. Melodie Hammond runs the farm. And she's amazing. I know that my future dogs will be golden retrievers, simply because I know I only want to get puppies from Melodie, from Famn Damily, and Golden retrievers are what she breeds. The last thing I said to Melodie when I left the farm yesterday was, "see you in another two years"
