She did a solid job with Stevie, and I know Stevie felt safe (she didn't shake like she does when she's nervous). The haircut wasn't as smooth as usual, meaning she had some rough Tufts of hair around her legs and face. However, I'd rather the face not be so smooth, thank risk cutting her face. I give credit to any groomer. I'd be afraid to have scissors around my dog's face if I was holding them. If you're not looking for a perfect dog show cut, I recommend this place. It was really nice that I could bring Stevie to her house. She was willing to come to my place as well, but I figured it'd just be easier if I went there. Yvette has all the regular dog table and normal stuff that comes with any dog groomer. I would absolutely feel safe about bringing Stevie there again.

I highly recommend using this day care, ESPECIALLY if you do not want you dog locked in a kennel for hours a day. Long Story I own a 5 year old boxer mix named Oscar. Oscar has been my only family, traveling with me for the past 5 years and I care for him very much. As so, it is very hard for me to leave him in the hands of others and NEVER over night. I started using the day care because of my work schedule and also because of how happy he was when I would pick him up. He quickly learned the word "day care" and really looked forward to seeing Jen and the other dogs. I became so comfortable because of his obvious enjoyment that this was the first day care I ever allowed my dog to be stay over night! When I reached out to the store, they failed to take responsibility. Despite there being a veterinary clinic on-site, Ace was never examined or given care. I requested an incident report, and though I was told I'd receive a call back, no one followed up. I eventually received a refund, but that doesn't undo the pain and stress this caused Ace. This isn't about money -- it's about accountability, animal safety, and trust. Grooming should never result in injuries, and every pet deserves to be treated with care and compassion. I'm sharing this so other pet parents know to inspect their pets immediately after grooming and demand proper documentation if something goes wrong.
