Marcus is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff, Marcus provided one on one interaction from start to finish. Showing me several options in case one product didn't fit. Marcus is a great listener, a customer service representative must have that distinct quality, that's why Marcus was able to offer alternative selections. Marcus worked hard to deliver exemplary customer service that concluded with a sale. At checkout they have a monitor that informs you of what register you are to step to. It speaks the number. How cool is that. I would say, if you need anything from A to Z that deals with high technology or electronics, the micro center is where you need to be. After arriving at the printer aisle, we waited for quite some time before receiving assistance. We approached a couple of different employees, who had to make several paging announcements in an effort to locate the sales associate responsible for the printer department. What made the wait particularly surprising was that we were the only customers in that department at the time. Since my husband had already selected the exact printer he wanted, we were simply waiting for someone to assist us with the purchase. Fortunately, once we finally received assistance, everything went smoothly, and we were able to purchase the exact printer my husband had selected online.
