I needed a new roof on my manufactured home before the snowy/rainy season started. I reached out to a couple different local companies, but East Fork was the only one that was able to get back to me the same day. The fact that they use satellite imaging to do the initial estimate really made that process quick, and it helped that I didn't have to take time off work just to hang out at my house. They were able to get me a full quote about 3 business days after our initial phone call, and even apologized for the delay! Their office staff went over the quote with me and explained what was an optional upgrade, what was standard, and what options I had through the whole process. They were even able to start the job a full week ahead of schedule. The entire removal, clean up, and re-roof took about 10 business days, which was exactly what their quote said. Their office staff even called to let me know that the foreman had completed all work. The crew that did the removal and install was amazing. They took the time to let us know when they arrived in the morning and when they would be breaking for lunch, how long they would be around that day. The cleaned up the site every day, which was great because it meant I could let my dog walk safely around outside after they had left. I would get emailed pictures of their progress during both removal and installation, which was great. Their invoicing process was fast, and everything was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend East Fork to anyone who is looking to get a new roof. They are welcoming, kind, efficient, and take the time to make sure you are informed during the process and that you are satisfied with their work every step of the way. We are happy to report that, once again, we used East Fork Roofing for a leak in our rental office - and they did another fabulous job! This organization really has it together. Their processes for providing an estimate, scheduling the work, completing the work AS SCHEDULED, and for invoicing are really fine-tuned. David Scott, Charles Green, and Mike Davis clearly are, and have, a very cohesive team. As usual, the process flowed well, the repairs were done right on time, and their crews are always very nice people. They just come in, do their work, and go home. On the day they came for this repair, we had other vendors on property. I almost forgot they were even there because they had their noses to the grindstone and they never once interfered with our business. From an operational standpoint, we truly do appreciate the respect they show while working during our business hours. No messes, no slacking off, no distractions...just good old fashioned hard work. Charles (Estimator) always shows up on the day they are there, just to be sure everyone is on track, and then he follows up in a very appropriate time frame after the repair, to be sure all is well and we are happy. Invoicing questions are always handled in a timely manner, and David is really a nice guy. He gives you the impression that nothing you need is too much to ask. We like that a lot. We recently received a call from Mike, who gave us a GREAT referral for a door repair person....and that guy was AWESOME! We haven't used his services yet, but his presentation alone was outstanding! We had a great experience with everyone at East Fork Roofing from start to finish, especially Amy and Jacque in the office. They are a pretty small company, very easy to communicate with, get questions answered, product samples for HOA, etc.. Honestly, I was really blown away, especially in comparison to the other companies I requested quotes from. Not only was East Fork quick to answer the phone (you'd be surprised), quote (and explained the process in detail), but the best price we could find also. It was also super easy to track scheduling, discounts, etc. online. Any updates, changes due to weather, I got a phone call or e-mail, pictures included during install. They were very patient and accommodating when my HOA took forever to approve and we missed our scheduled date. The dumpster was delivered as close to start as possible, and picked up right after. The crew was very polite and professional. They were there basically every day, cleaned up each evening, closed gates, etc., and everything was cleaned up really well. Our roof looks awesome! They had great attention to detail, painted all our previously brown (now black) roof-top vents, etc. Overall, they made an otherwise nerve-wracking investment much easier on us (not a single hidden fee, I paid exactly the amount quoted). East Fork Roofing replaced my roof a few months ago and I am very happy with the results. Their quote was very reasonable and the time frame to complete the work was much better than everyone else I called. Some roofers were booked out over six months. East Fork was able to get the job done within a month of accepting the bid. The tear off was done in a less than a day and the new roof put on just a few days later. It did take a couple days longer than I expected to finish. Apparently, due to their busy schedule they only sent out one guy to install the new roof. I am sorry to say I forgot his name but I am happy with his work and pretty impressed one guy could do the whole thing in just a few days. East Fork Roofing removed two layers of old shingles and replaced my roof. I was under a time crunch and paid to move up in the schedule. They followed up and started the job on time and finished within a week. The roof looks great. The workers showed up on time, did the job and cleaned up the work site. They were friendly and answered my questions. There were no problems with the job. The company followed up with me to get the business, made changes as requested and sent emails with pictures of their progress. The office staff was friendly and helpful when I went to the office to select the shingles. I went with an upgraded shingle that was not included in the original bid. East Fork Roofing does excellent work at a fair price, and best of all they are completely honest. We contacted them needing a repair to our very old roof, and they performed a complete inspection with photos within 3 days of contacting them. We ended up needing the entire roof replaced (the house was built in 1951) but we were on a tight budget. They worked with us to provide a line of credit, helped us select quality shingles at a fair price, and never went above their estimated quote. We recently had a fire at our house which would be pretty traumatic for most people and it was for us. Dealing with contractors can be pretty frustrating as we learned along the way. Mike Davis is Great at what he does!! Every year, when my husband puts up Christmas lights, he breaks a few tiles on the roof. Trying to be proactive I had East Fork Roofing come out and give me an estimate. Mike was very helpful and curtious at explaining what was happening and what would happen if no actions was taken within the next few years. He did not try to scare me into action right away, which felt very nice. He was realistic with me and now my husband and I are saving to get the proper repairs done!
