My wedding dress had several dark stains (previous owner) on the lace, beads, and tulle. By my surprise, they took care of it and manage to take the stain off without damaging the dress! My dress looks fresh and brand new again! I am tremendously happy that I went to them! I was referred to them from the lady who is fixing my dress, and told me that they clean wedding dresses at a reasonable cost, and does a very good job. Holding my breath as I leave my dress with them... and a week later my dress is spotless and in one piece. Mind you, the stains were almost 2 years old and I have no idea what it was from. She did call to forewarn me that some beading might fall off if I'm willing to take the risk... but when I received the dress, I did not find any missing beads. I am absolutely so happy with their work! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and GREAT PRICING!

I've been coming to this laundromat for several years and the new owners have been super sweet!…read moreWhat isn't sweet are their female employees blaming and embarrassing my mother and I for their washers and dryers not working properly!! The attendant really didn't want to believe us when our clothes were still wet after being in the dryer for more than an hour. The other attendant today blamed us for the washer over flowing when we used the required detergent they have asked for their customers to use when using the washers. Hopefully they get better attendants to work here but we will no longer come to this location to wash/dry clothes.

I have been bringing my work coat here for awhile now. For some reason I manage to get coffee in…read morethe weirdest places.... I blame my coworkers for spilling coffee on my butt since I can't figure out how to I could possibly do that.... Anyhow, the nice lady behind the counter takes note of all the coffee stains on my jacket when I bring it in and MAGICALLY they're all gone when I pick it up! Dry cleaning my coat is less than $5 and I have the choice of starch or no starch. Pretty nice! I've tried both and I prefer the starch. Since the lady always does a quality job on my coat, I entrusted her to a dress from Neimann Marcus that I bought for a wedding. I was a little nervous about bringing in the dress, but I figured since I got the dress on sale for $300, I could take the risk. As it turns out, the dress came back perfectly and it had an intricate lace looking inset and all that fancy crap - but it was dry cleaned with no problems at all. So, being that the coat and the dress only cost about $11, I'd say she's got a VERY competitive rate. The door to the place is kinda weird - I still can't figure out how to open it, but she comes to let me in as soon as I walk up. It's got a weird locking mechanism, maybe for her safety since the area is a bit industrial looking.... Anyhow, put your initial responses aside about the look and the feel of this place. I guarantee you'll be happy with your items. I'm done spending a ton of money on those other dry cleaning places near rice village. Yikes. Don'tcha hate when you spend more money on dry cleaning over the years than you did on the dress itself? If that's you, then go to Fine Cleaners. But just so you know - CASH ONLY - but that's ok cuz her prices are low.

Great customer service and very responsive to requests. I would not recommend having alterations done there. Perhaps it's a language barrier, or difficulty of the work, but two items were not done properly and the cost was exorbitant. The cleaners proactively offered to refund half of the cost of the alteration, but I will never wear the dress--which was new. FYI, I've always considered myself to be quality, rather than price driven, but find myself sensitive to both here.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. In advance…read moreof using their services, my husband & I went to their location & asked about their different services - laundering and pressing vs dry cleaning vs "wet" dry clean/organic dry clean. We were told that they could launder & press what we wanted except if the instructions said to dry clean. We were satisfied with that & happy we had the option to do the wet/organic dry cleaning for our dry clean only items. My husband returned a couple of days later to drop off our laundry and said to launder and press what they could as previously discussed. Our items took several days, after pick up we were charged for dry cleaning for every single piece - $12.99/item. When my husband called a manager apologized that they had dry cleaned his shirts when the instruction had been provided and they refunded those fees. However they said by default they *always* dry clean women's clothes. No matter what. Even if the instructions say to launder. Despite this never been having disclosed to us when we explicitly had a conversation about these services & prices in advance. Beware of a possible bait & switch, a pink tax, & damage to your clothes because a (very pricey) laundering service won't follow instructions. Instructions previously agreed with their customer and also explicitly written on clothing labels
