I wish there was a 0. We waited at the airport more than 30 minutes while all other car rental locations drove by 3-4 times. I called Easirent and was told the van was on the way. I also confirmed my reservation and while on the call I was told all was good and the car would be there and available. Their customer service is horrible... they offer no support when they have no cars after taking $$$ with reservation through Priceline. We were told we would wait for 2+ hours for a car that was rented and paid for days earlier. We didn't have 2+ hours and I had to get a Lyft driver to take me to Thrifty and I had a car within minutes. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the absolute WORST car rental experience I've ever had. They call themselves Easirent but there is nothing EASY about their process. After taking a shuttle from the LAS airport to the car rental area, we had to wait 20-30mins for the Easiest rent bus to pick us up. That was ok, however, once we got to the Easirent building, we ended up waiting almost an hour to get our car. There check-in process takes about 15 minutes or more per person even if you do the pre-check-in online. They ask for everything accept your first born child (ie: your vacation plans, your airline and return flight information, references, and many other things that other rental companies don't ask for). If you don't want to use their insurance because you have your own, they ask to see the declaration of insurance document (the regular insurance I.D card won't due). Even after showing them my declaration, they still made me get coverage for tires and glass which they said was a requirement. They held a deposit which is typical but I didn't expect it to be as much as it was. We got a Chevy Equinox and it was all scratched up on the outside, dirty on the inside and wreaked of cigarette smoke. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT rent from this place. The prices are only to listed that low to get you in the door. They tried to nickel and dime everything they could. I will stick with the Enterprises, Budgets and Hertz's of the world. My experience was terrible. I Don't recommend anybody to go through Easirent at all. reasons being 1. Took me a little over an hour to get the car 2. The first car they gave me the car play and nothing else worked in the car, so they put me in a different car and it was much better but... 3. The second car I received the tires were bad and I got a flat on the highway at 2AM and had to change it. Meanwhile I checked the tires and the tires were already balding and you could see the metal from the middle of the tires so I knew it wasn't my fault. 4. It's been over 10 days and I have yet to receive my car deposit money or the money that was going to refund me for the tire which is well over 300$ they owe. OVERA TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN. UPDATE: I just received my tire exchange reimbursement of 155$ BUT they counted it as part of my 250$ car deposit and they have also sent me another amount of 94$ to make up for the 250$ which I still have yet to receive. wow! where do i begin? well i found this rental car company through a priceline search. i print out the booking confirmation, i show up early for my pickup, and i am nice with the receptionist. this is when the companies responsibility to provide a service begins. 1st the receptionist was pleasant and spoke when i entered! 2nd: i asked for the vehicle from my booking, and she informed me they didnt have the car i rented and no comparable vehicle. 3rd : she informs me of the mileage cap on the cars. when i booked the car the booking highlighted unlimited mileage. the fine print had to explain how the mileage becomes unlimited. long story short i didn't meet the requirements to get the unlimited miles. now i want to cancel and the receptionist tells me ok and proceeds to begin taking notes. she informs me to call discover cars.com to cancel the booking. i called discovercars.com and try to cancel. the woman on the phone informs me that theres a no refund policy for the cars. now i ask "but they didn't have a car, and they informed me of a milage cap which made the rental a bad fit for me and my family. she basically "who cares, no refunds." she said if they didnt have a car we can refund you. she calls the office to speak to the receptionist to get a confirmation. no one answers. she tells me to wait till monday and she'll try again. at this moment, i know i am getting played!! i return to the the business to speak with the receptionist to get a copy of her notes, she hands it over to me, i read it and there's no mention of them not having a car for me and my family." the scam was complete! please save your money and dont book this horrible class. i almost forgot! when i returned for her note, she informed me that they had a car for me but i just missed it bc another customer just picked it up. read more

I would have given this company 0 stars but had to put 1 to move forward. Yes they are pretty cheap but they lack professionalism courtesy and much more. They misinformed me on my reservation that was prepaid and stated it was cancelled so i moved to another rental car company to get a car. They then proceeded to say that i was a no show but refused to pull the phone calls where the rep advised that my reservation was cancelled. I have a confirmation email that i received from their company with a credit of $134.48 and they refused to honor it. They are very very rude and i wouldn't advise renting from this place. This is the worst car rental company I've ever experienced. After not providing a shuttle ride from airport to their pickup counter I was informed they had NO cars available (even though I had a confirmed reservation). When calling their help desk to complain and seek reimbursement for cost I incurred, I was told our conversation was "no longer productive", they hung up on me and blocked my number for future calls. So Priceline and other travel websites allow this thieving business to accept reservations for cheap cars, but you won't get your car if they accept your reservation for 11pm. They close at 11, so no, there won't be a shuttle coming to pick you up and take you to their off-site location. Using their shuttle-location link doesn't work because the shuttles have stopped.. Calling doesn't work because they're closed for the day. The dozen or so people who waited with me for more than an hour finally took taxis to our destinations, as it was too late (after midnight) to find another rental car. When attempting to get a refund for the money I was charged, they had the audacity to call me a no-show, and said even though my rental agreement was for 11pm, I should have been there earlier to pick up the car. Huh? Are they daft or just used to ruining people's business and vacation travel? They insisted I didn't call them --- but their office was closed and if they accepted messages ( I don't remember) I certainly would have left one. Do not rent from this business! The employee who helped me was awful!! First off, there were two employees and I waited almost two before I got the car I reserved. There were literally 5 people that went ahead of me to drop off their cars. The employees let them go ahead of me everytime someone walked in. The employee that ended up helping me was so rude and a bully!  He kept complaining to the other employee saying that hadn't eaten since breakfast and was hungry and in a bad mood. He was eating chips while typing and taking car of return cars. He told me to wait and it took so long!! When he finally helped me, he asked me questions about my flight and was getting irritated and impatient with me when I had to look up the information he asked me about. He didn't go over any paperwork with me. He just had me sign on an electronic pad and didn't explain anything to me.  He walked away from behind the desk without saying a word to me. My cousin and me were confused on where he went. Finally I asked the other employee where he went and he said he went to get the car. We went outside and didn't see him anywhere. Then I went back inside and asked the other employee where he was because we couldn't find him. The employee just said to wait outside and he'll eventually pull up. We waited in the hot sun and when he finally pulled up, the car had water all over it. He didn't dry it. He didn't explain the car functions or how I should return the car. He didn't even do a walk around/Inspection. He just handed me the key, didn't speak one word to me, then walked away in a pissed off and irritated mood.  I was so upset that I just got in the car with my cousin and we went straight to our family member's house which is very far away from The car rental office. By the time we got there, I saw some scratches on the back rear bumper of the car. I immediately called their office and no one answered. I called four times and no answer at all. Then I called the toll free customer service number three times and my call got dropped each time I called. It would say I was caller 7, then caller 8, then it rang a few times when it was my turn then the call would drop. I called today and finally got a hold of someone in customer service on the toll free line. THE worst company I have ever rented a car from, if they gave me unlimited free rentals I would never go, EVER. The Phoenix airport location took over an hour to get picked up from airport. I was treated in a threatening manner, felt discriminated against, forced to sign under duress an insurance policy that not only didn't cover anything, but they couldn't even provide a copy of the policy. The IQ of the employees at that location was so low I don't think they knew how to read as I had to scan a barcode and check myself in... The cars are filthy, in need of regular maintenance , and have damages more than you would expect for a reputable car rental place. If you decide to rent here please make sure you check everything inside and out and don't let them rush you when you are checking. They charged me for a low tire pressure sensor that the light was on when I picked up the car! Terrible customer service. Staff leaving for smoke breaks every few minutes. You still have to wait a long time even though you prefilled the intake forms online to "save time" per the link provided. Cars were filthy to the point I had to request another one. The second one was bad too, but just not as bad as the first. I was skeptical after the reviews but it was too late to cancel so I went with it. I am a local so I didn't have to catch the shuttle. I called the office prior to arrival and Lauren was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, the process was smooth and the staff was professional and helpful. it helps to bring a copy of your personal insurance if you plan to use your own. ( I purchased theirs) and bring a credit card and be prepared for a $200 hold and $500 hold if using a debit card. read more

They gave me a car that was dirty, and had 4 bad tires. One of the tires was shredded I was told my melody that it could have been a nail but I was told by aaa the tire was old and spit in half. I was then charged 75 for a tire because I did not have the tire package. But was not offered it. I missed 2 days off my vacation due to the car issues the maintenance light was on but melody stated it was due to the oil being changed and not being reset. The shuttle bus did not pick up us from the airport. When you call no one answers. We now returned the car and waiting 45 mins for a shuttle to the airport. read more

If they answer the phone at all after 3 attempts they place your on hold for 45 minutes and then pick up the phone so you can hear employees joking around and then they hang up. They have low availability of cars available, do not honor the reservation time, charge additional for mileage, and the kicker- if you have any early flight before they open at 8, you have to pay to take a ride share to the airport.
