They don't call you back. I visited the location and no cars available for two days so far. Not one phone call from the company to explain. Very subpar service from two different locations. It's time for the insurance companies to take action for their lack of service. In response to your post: How many other potential clients are having the same problem that I had. This was the third location that I tried to pick up a rental set up by the insurance. I wasn't aware they had Locations where they rent out larger trucks or commercial vehicles. The insurance company and never told me that either. Therefore two hours later and going to three different locations, I finally found a staff that was able to accommodate me very quickly and have a really good interpersonal skills. The location is not ideal for my needs, and the parking lot is not fenced in for overnight parking, however when it comes to customer service, this is one of the best Enterprise Rent-A-Car's. Thus far, I been treated with an ultimate level of dignity and respect. In addition, staff has taken the time to educate me on the various rewards programs offered to customers. Last year I had 17 rentals/ 55-days, and not one Enterprise Staff member mentioned the rewards program. However, staff at this location went above and beyond the cause to explain the various programs available. Another consistency here is that staff will call you the day before your rental to assure accurate information and verify if you need a pick-up. Good job 77092. read more

I'd like to start by saying I'm not someone who typically writes a bad review, simply because I understand that there are some things that are out of someone's control. However, that's not the case for this place. I've never felt the urge to express how badly their lack of communication and customer service is here. I unfortunately was involved in an accident with one of their commercial vehicles. I followed up the next day (because Sundays are closed) and communicated with Chris (I believe was his name) that the car had been towed, I no longer had the car, provided my claim number for their records, and gave him the address to the body shop as to where the car was located. I did my part like I was told from my insurance company. Let me also mention that I spoke to someone prior to that but she too did not understand what I was saying so I was transferred to Chris. He reassured me that "their tow trucks" would come out and pick up the car to be taken to an Enterprise body shop and even offered to pick me up for a new rental. Which I declined. Not even 3 days later I receive a call from another individual informing me that my insurance is no longer covering my rental and I need to pay out of pocket. Once again I tell him my situation. And once again, not angry at the fact that this wasn't communicated or taken note of from my first call. To be frank, the guy I spoke to sounded 100% confused about what I was saying so I should have known better to talk to someone else who was more competent/knowledgeable. A few days later, again another call about charges for my rental. All three individuals said the same thing: we were never informed. Ridiculous. Do they even talk to each other? Come to find out I've been charged an extra five days for a car I reported literally one day after the incident. I'm shocked that all three employees there could not communicate with each other about this, but instead chose to charge me an extra $250. I called this location at 5:50pm to discuss the issue along with my insurance company, but Chelsea, who claims herself as the assistant manager hung up right at 6pm (closing time) and never bothered to reach out again. Incredible. At this point, I've reached out to Enterprises Corporate team because i feel not one person from this location can give me direct answer. This place needs an entire new team of employees with proper training on communication and customer service. I will never return. read more

Enterprises pretty much are consistent in their policies, prices and procedures so it's hard to find a branch that stands out. This one does. The staff here is friendly and very accommodating. I had the pleasure of being helped by Hannah and Scott who did excellent customer service. They are always smiling and conservative. Hannah is apparently an 'intern'. She is a great asset to the branch and works extremely well. I didn't catch the name of the lady who washes the cars, but she is cool. The only 'concern' I had was the pricing.. I rented a Toyota Corrolla from 7/1 to 7/13 and I paid $330. (5 weekend days, 1 holiday, 7 week days) I rented a Nissan Altima from 7/15 to 8/4 and I paid $925 (7 weekend days, 13 week days) and the difference because it's a bigger vehicle. I was hoping something could have been done.. Luckily, my bank released my direct deposit funds 3 days early to cover it or they would have overdrafted me. Of course, charging me without warning is in their fine print and i guess 'common sense'. lol All in all, this is a great place to rent a car if you have established times of when you will return the car (ie vacation or trip). This may not be the best place to go if you are dealing with mechanics and/or don't know when you'll return the car back. read more

I was recently in a car accident and I was in need of a rental while my car was being fixed. I initially had a reservation at the Washington Ave location however when I called to tell them I was on the way to pick up a car they informed me that although I had a reservation, they had no car for me and that I could come in the following day after 12pm to get a car. At that point I started calling other locations. When I got a hold of the Bingle location the young lady was very nice and helpful in procuring a car for me. I walked away with the impression that she cared and really was trying to make up for the Washington location that burned me. Picking up the car and dropping it off once my car was repaired was super easy. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a car. read more

This is a complete scam of location. They have taken $200 from my bank twice and the answer I get is call Geico. I was hit and run and unfortunately I had to rent a car from this particular location I've rented plenty of cars from Enterprise and never had this issue before. My bank had to file a fraud claim I had to get a new debit card. They once got me flagged for fraud for attempting to collect $500 instead of calling me they ran my card and then placed the blame on Geico then geico placed the blame on them. read more

This is the Enterprise location I rent from most often, usually 3-4 times per year. Their service has been good in the past, but it has gotten very bad. Recently, I picked up a vehicle for an out-of-town trip. My visit was nice enough until the young Hispanic guy started repeatedly questioning my auto insurance coverage. He kept asking me if my coverage extended to rental cars. I assured him that it did, and he even called my insurance company to check the coverage. He repeatedly questioned the insurer, who asked to speak to me. The insurer couldn't figure out why the rental agency was asking so many questions. When I protested the treatment by Enterprise, and requested that they hurry up in completing my rental paperwork, the guy just smiled and laughed. When I asked him why he was laughing at me, as though I were some idiot, both he and this Hispanic lady told me I should calm down. Just who the hell do these people think the are? Why does Enterprise employ CUSTOMER SERVICE people who are spoiled, know-it-all, rude millennials? I had to forcefully demand that they complete my paperwork, and get me on my way, or else I was sure that they were just going to stand there and look at me. The Hispanic guy pouted the whole rest of my visit, even childishly tossing my driver's license, proof of insurance, and credit card back at me. What's worse, the Hispanic lady was speaking rudely about me to another customer. Very classy, Enterprise. You claim to be a family-owned, customer service-oriented company. This was my 4th place to call and they actually said they had cars available this morning. I made a reservation and said I would be there in 30 minutes. My husband drops me off and they tell me there are no cars available. I explained I specifically verified on the phone that I needed a car in 30 minutes. They said the call center booked it and cannot see what cars are available. Then why would the call center book anything? All she said was sorry and that she did not have a car until after noon. She did nothing to help me. I had to call my husband to pick me back up and now my day is all behind schedule. This was a horrible experience!! read more

I was told that due to short staff, no one could pick me up. When I got to the location, I was told that because I was paying with a debit card, I had to show a recent pay stub, a current utility bill and fill out a sheet for references. I had rented from Enterprise before with that same card and didn't have to go through all that. I requested a Nissan Altima but was given a Fiat 500. I would like to know how they figure a Fiat 500 is in the same class as an Altima. This was my worst rental experience and I won't be going back to Enterprise. read more

Will never rent from Enterprise again. Was 10-15 min late to pick up my reserved car and they had rented it to someone else. I had to go to a car dealer to get another car. Now I was 2 hours late getting out of town. I had to take a Corolla because they needed the larger, GM vehicle at the dealership in case on of their customers needed a car. In case! Which meant it could have been sitting there all weekend. So I had to fit 4 people and a wheelchair into a Corolla all the way to SA and back. There are other rental companies out there guys.
