The customer service at this location is a big joke!!! If you want to be ignored and hung up on, then this is the place for you. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but if a place really does not even try to give good customer service, I'm going to say how it is. My dad's vehicle conked out on him over the weekend so he contacted this office at 8:45 this morning to set up a ride from their "free pick up service" and to make a reservation. THREE HOURS LATER their ride is M.I.A. The rep he spoke with told him that they would pick him up in "an hour or less" and to my surprise he calls me at 11:50am to say that their ride was a no show. REALLY?????? So he calls the store and cannot get any help and then finally he spoke to an employee there who told him that they have a vehicle for him and told him to come into the store to pick it up. Now my dad is elderly and he doesn't have a second vehicle. But thankfully, a neighbor gave him a ride to the location and then guess what happens? They tell him that they don't have any vehicles in! He had just spoke with a rep less than 20 minutes before! Needless to say, my father made a blank trip. I tried calling the store myself to see if I would have any luck but that was a fruitless mission. Whenever I called to check on any availability, I was put on hold and they would hang up. After dealing with Enterprise for years, we were honestly shocked how everything went today. If you need to get a rental, I would suggest another company, or at the very least, a different location. This 5 Star review is for the Asst Mger, Elmar, at this location - not for Enterprise corporate. My car had been booked from another location, but when I asked them to pick me up - they said they couldn't and to transfer to another location. They did not help, just gave me the phone number of this location. "We will pick you up" is the advertising motto of Enterprise. When I spoke to Elmar at the Greenspoint location, he said he was under staffed for pick up, but would cover Uber. He fixed the problem for the customer. Upon arrival, there were 7 people in the waiting room and one increasingly angry lady. Her car was taking too long and she was becoming late for an important event. This location was understaffed as was the other one. Elmar handled the situation as best he could with professionalism and courtesy. He was under a lot of pressure, everyone needed to get into a car and on their way. Note to Enterprise Corporate. Please staff your locations accordingly for Saturday mornings. Train your staff to fix problems for customers - like covering Uber if they cannot pick up. read more

The branch manager, William Robinson, exceeded my expectations by lending to me a crossover vehicle much nicer than the car I owned (and that which was rear-ended). This was the one of the best rental car experiences I've ever had. Not only did I get a fantastic rate online ($13/day +$11 tax), but the front desk staff were incredibly courteous and flexible. Extend the weekend rate by a day? Return the car to a different (non-airport) location? Need a ride after drop off? No problem! When does that ever happen?? This Enterprise team was great, especially Sean. Usually I have extended family pick me up at IAH, but I'd definitely rent from here again next time I fly into Houston Intercontinental and need a car. This Enterprise is ~45 minutes from IAH via Metro bus #102, which cost all of $1.25. read more

This place seems to never have staff available to assist the number of customers they have in. I made a reservation to pick up a vehicle and upon making the reservation I called to be sure the pick up service was available. On the day of my reservation I called to schedule the pick up and was told they did not have anyone available for shuttle. The employee that answered my call informed me that it was only him working and he could not leave. So I had to pay for a ride share and when I arrived at the location, they were closed. So I went through the hassle of paying for another ride share to the airport to rent a car. I've used this location many times before when renting vehicles. This location always seems to have a shortage of vehicles, meaning when you make a reservation by the time you arrive the vehicle type you reserved is unavailable. They are always short staffed but I've never had any real issues when dealing with them until today. From now on, I'd rather go through the hassle of traveling to a further location to rent or use a different company all together. read more

I've been in and out of Enterprises now since I lost my car in the flood on May 27th. This place has by far the best service, everyone was polite and all customers were greeted upon arrival. Not like this everywhere especially not on the East Freeway. Alexis was the ladies name that helped me and she helped me quick and fast to get what I needed and get me out of there. I recommend this particular spot to all trying to get a nice and clean car/truck quick and fast with no hassle!! read more

I reserved a pick-up truck through this facility at least 10 days prior to the trip. When I got to the facility, no truck. Someone had sent it for an oil change that morning and it would not be back for an hour or two. They provided me with a car but I needed a pick-up. I have never had this happen through any other Enterprise location. They apologized and gave me a ride to the airport, which I appreciated which brings them up from a 1 star to 2. Next time in Houston, I will try another location. read more
