WORST possible service. The Customer Service email address failed:

I was promised a response from Regional Management and I didn't even get a call back.
This is by far the WORST car rental experience EVER! The lady at the EasiRent front desk never told me her name nor introduced her to me, she spoke way too fast for me, which I told her THREE TIMES. After the third time I politely asked her to please speak slower.
Instead of speaking slower, she asked another customer in a sharp tone:
"Do I talk too fast?", which seemed totally Not professional to me.
The male customer was shocked and didn't respond.
Then, she read something on a screen, again too fast. When I told her that she spoke too fast, she asked a coworker to read that to me, saying: "She can't read this. Can you read this for her?" That was VERY rude and disrespectful, calling me illiterate.
I had a reservation for a Mid-Size car. I was assigned a Malibu with a navigation system that did Not connect to any cell phone. For over 30 minutes I tried to solve that myself. 2 worker men were around me. Most of the time they were not delivering cars, were talking and smoking. None of them offered me any help. I went to the front desk, trying to get help. The lady who did not introduce herself to me was too busy putting a chair together and didn't ask me if she could help me. After about 15 minutes, I asked for help, she told the men to help me.
Both men couldn't connect any cell phone to the car, so the second gentleman gave me a similar size car.
When I was going to drive out, the lady from front desk came out, told me he gave me a wrong car and she would give me a KIA Forte, which is not a mid-size car but a Compact car. I accepted because I had already been there too long. After making me wait more than 30 minutes, I was forced to take a KIA Rio, which is Not a mid-size car, like what I had reserved, but a subcompact. Why was I forced? After being there for over THREE HOURS, I felt exhausted and was not even thinking properly. The front desk lady told me she had already given me two cars that were larger than what I had reserved, she could not give me the KIA Forte she had promised me and the only option I had was taking the KIA Rio or wait even longer. Again, I was not thinking straight because I was exhausted, so I took the car.
Once I drove for a while, I checked my reservation, noticed the reservation was for a Mid-size car, Not a subcompact, asked myself: What are the two cars they gave me that are larger than what I reserved? None!, I was not even given the car size that I reserved, so I called.
The front desk lady told me in a tone that was sharp and Not kind: "You accepted it. What else do you want?" Again, she was Rude. This is NOT what you expect from a business that knows about Customer Service.
I told her that at least I expected to be charged the fee for the smaller car I was given, instead of the mid-size fee. She told me that was Not an option.
The KIA Rio did not have the tank full of gas.
The Malibu was totally wet and all the windows were super dirty outside and inside.
All the windows of the KIA Rio also were super dirty outside and inside.
Again, this is the first time this happens to me EVER.
Another customer's car was so dirty, she refused to accept it and they had to wash it.
The other lady from the front desk was respectful and nice. The lady who gave me the car was also nice and requested a gentleman to clean the windows from the outside. The gentleman did not clean the side mirrors, that are So important for safety.
I explained to the third lady what I explained before, that when I did the reservation, I was offered Two options:
I chose the Option to change or cancel the reservation and pay a higher price per day, Just in case something unexpected happened. Something unexpected happened, so I called and explained that. I was told to change the reservation using the app or the website. I tried and neither the app nor the website allowed me to change the reservation pickup time. I got there later than the reservation time and I was charged a late fee.
No grace period was explained or granted to me.
I explained what happened and requested the late fee to be waived. The lady who was rude told me she couldn't do anything because I reserved through an app. I called the app. They told me the late fee was charged by the car rental company. I respectfully requested to speak with her Manager. She told me the Manager was not there and she could only email her.
While the Long time I was waiting for getting the car, for another customer this lady called the Manager, so when the KIA Rio situation happened, I asked her to call the Manager. She was hesitant to do so. I finally spoke with the Manager 3 days after that. She told me she would contact Regional Management and call me. She didn't. When I called today to the branch and Customer Service, I was told Supervisor /Manager was out. WORST SERVICE EVER read more
