I used Jafco in my old home for a few jobs...repairing a leak in our basement ceiling and fixing…read moreour bathtub trim. Jafco was easy to schedule and did a good job. Next, I bought a 1931 home that was a rental. It had deferred maintenance. And the inspection report told me I would need to make some plumbing fixes. I had them replace all the tub/shower faucets and valves. I also got a new tub drain (there was evidence that at some point there had been a leak). I got a new water shut off. A new copper water line for the fridge. A new basement utility sink. New water connection to the washer. A new p-trap to the bathroom sink. I learned that the best faucets are Moen. Garrett and Abe are a great team. I do feel like Jafco is more expensive than if you hire a local one-person plumber. That might be to cover their marketing and scheduling. But Jafco can fit your in pretty quickly. So that is a nice trade-off for when your plumbing job is time sensitive.

He was the only person who responded to my job who actually looked at the pictures I sent. Very responsive. Gemma kept the communication flowing by text and Kai and Alex showed up to do the work. I'm super happy with the work, they kept the area nice and clean, and even did some roof vent work with the 40 foot ladder. Diligent, professional, and just plain nice. The vent pipe install is very solid, no gaps, tight and clean. I would happily work with this crew again. Reasonable pricing for a 2 day job. Highly recommend.

MOST construction projects hit some sort of issues and my project was no exception, I'm explaining this because it's when the problems get hard that you really see the true colors of a company and their leadership. Rob followed through with my project when the project got complicated and tough, I learned that Rob is a leader and will stand by what he says and that is the kind of company that you want to do business with when your spending big money digging holes and lining your side sewer. All of the employees that I interacted with were competent and they were all professional. The work they did had some parts that other sewer lining companies weren't even sure they could do. Pro Sewer's finished product was tidy and done to the contract terms. If you are collecting a couple bids for side sewer work, MAKE SURE YOU CALL PRO SEWER as one of your bids!

One company came out and said "nope, don't want to deal with that". Of the 5 quotes, his was the only one to propose solving both problems while only needing to excavate one. I appreciate Rob's communication, creative problem-solving, ability to do a tough job, and a very fair price. They quickly finished the job and sent clear video of the completed job. They used their boring machine to lay a new pipe under huge boulders, our lawn and our concrete pad. We appreciated the minimal disruption to our landscaping. We've had our new water line for a year and we've had zero issues. I appreciated that Done Right has their own machine for underground drilling and establishing new water mains. We have a brand new water line, we've had zero issues, and we are confident we will have no future issues. We had a miscommunication about who would secure the permit, but as soon as I brought it to Done Right's attention, Wendy and Steve took care of it immediately and we had an approved permit in a matter of a week. This company does a really professional, high-quality job and I would entrust my property to them in the future. In addition, I felt that their price was very, very reasonable. The cheapest option when it comes to plumbing is DEFINITELY NOT ALWAYS THE BEST OPTION! When it comes to plumbing, you want to make sure the job is done right. I recommend this company.
