I was in town for a USAmTour Golf Tournament and after much review decided to choose Mercedes for a series of massages over the week... AND I couldn't have been happier with my choice!! Mercedes did a thorough assessment of my current injuries and problem areas and addressed them perfectly. Her use of essential oils and fragrances was very calming and delightful. I was so pleased with the way my body felt the next morning, I went back the following day for another massage! One of the best deep massages I've ever had. I was visiting from out of town; they don't accept visitors' insurance but I still found it to be well-prices, and well worth it. The Sunriver location is very nice; incredibly clean and soothing. Note that it's on 2nd floor and I don't believe there's an elevator, if you have any accessibility issues. read more

Three of us had massages and thought that they were the best we had ever had. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and give a really great massage. My therapist was Cathy and she was so knowledgeable and really fixed a number of issues....I wish I could take her home with me. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Not sure they have their processes identified yet or they are brand new and staff isn't trained on them. We called to set appt and they sent us to the website to book them. While we were filling the questions out, we were excited when it offered Thai massage as an option and other preferences such as heat therapy and essential oils and we made our selections so we we chose to schedule a longer massage appt because of this! However when we showed up for appointment we filled out another questionnaire that was completely different and the therapists we were assigned to had no idea of our preferences from the first on-line assessment. Next my husband and I asked for specific areas to focus on our second questionnaire that was filled out in person, my therapist acknowledged those areas at the beginning and I requested an upper body massage to make sure they got the attention they needed. She finally started working that area only minutes before session was complete after she I basically had to ask her to stop massaging my legs! Needless to say, I left there with the same knots and headache I came in with and couldn't wait to leave to so that I could book another massage elsewhere. Neither of us feel like our massage therapists listened to verbal or non verbal communication we offered., it was truly a waste of our money! Thankfully our boys had a different therapist and experience and loved it, hence why the review is 3 stars. read more

Wonderful massage with Jill. She checked in regularly about pressure, and really customized to my needs. She asked which type of music I wanted, and several questions about my specific needs. We just moved to the area and previously I had regular massages -- nothing that even came close to the quality of this massage. Very relaxing, but more importantly really released some very tight muscles! I will definitely make this a part of my regular wellness routine. Really love Earth Touch, and Jill (who works out of both Bend and Sunriver Studios). I had a massage by Carlee, she was great. Checked in with me regularily to make sure the pressure was right. Had lots of good suggestion for my problem areas. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is that I think that Earthtouch prices are a bit on the high end. I know that if I went to Bend it would be a bit less, but I am a Sunriver resident and like to support local plus like the convenience. read more

Part - timers...... Impossible to book anytime you have time. They require min two hour notice because their business is so slow nobody is present full time. I get 3-4 massages weekly in Chicago. 300+ spas with 3-5 girls per spa. Walk-in, you pick a girl and get a massage. I came in here and thought I was being asked to complete an intake form for the hospital. Worst part is that after spending the time to complete it my specified preferences were not even followed. Wrong music. I picked "firm" which is lightest description they had and had to keep telling the masseuse to lighten up because she was hurting me because she obviously didn't know how to do a massage properly or to customer preferences. Horrible when masseuse uses elbows because they can't use their hands well and then hurt you. Even after numerous comments directly they are too hard! She just didn't get it at all. In Chicago going rate is $60 per hr or less including shower. Here they advertise $80 online and then she asked for $85 and when I gave her $100 assumed I didn't want any change! She assumed her massage was stellar! Not! Worst expensive massage I have ever had and I have had a lot. Felt 10x worse afterwards than I did going in. And I wasn't sore when I came in. Owner needs to spend time with staff so they learn how to a massage right. read more

Best two hour massage ever with Meagan! Everyone needs this great of a massage in Sunriver and Meagan is great. The place is very clean and tranquil and quiet. I was so relaxed I know I fell asleep and probably snored. Have been to the local spa in Sunriver and it's very nice inside but Meagan's massage was better and less $$$. Highly recommend! read more

Had a 90 minute massage with Lauren. I explained what I wanted to get out of the massage and the level of pressure (deep). She listened and delivered. She even did a bit of the foot massage and walked on me! The massage along with the stretching she wove into the session were just why I needed. I was visiting from out of town and having issues with my neck/back, I was able to get on their site and easily make an appt which was a huge plus. I had a 60 min massage with Mercedes and she was amazing! I get massages on a regular basis due to chronic pain in my neck and back and so I have pretty high standards but she talked to me about what I needed and wanted and she went deep enough to get my issues and made 90% of my pain go away. I wish she was closer to my hometown but I will definitely look her up whenever I am back in town! I highly recommend her! read more
