But at 56 I'm starting to feel the effects of that lifestyle. Recently I had a re occurance of a previous bicep tear. Constant 6 out of 10 discomfort and limited strength. Last time this happened My Ortho Doc said six weeks of non use to see if surgery was needed. This time around, Kathy did two sessions on that area and a couple weeks later I'm at about a 2 out of 10 level. It's not magic, it's not surgery but it sure works!!! I'm doing some more research to better understand this therapy which is unnecessary, because Kathy knows her stuff and I know it works.
