Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place. I called 30 minutes before arriving to ask about prices. The man I spoke with was clear and told me that massages start at $70. When I asked about a lower-priced option for reflexology, he mentioned a $50, 60-minute foot reflexology service that includes a back and neck combo. We confirmed the appointment, and I headed over. The walk took longer than expected, so I arrived slightly out of breath from rushing. When I got there, a woman walkedout to meet me. She didn't say hello or show concern that I was clearly tired. I told her I was there for the $50 foot reflexology, but she immediately insisted that massages start at $70. I tried explaining that I had just spoken with a man who quoted me a different price, but she didn't seem to understand. When I asked to speak with him, she refused and started to walk away. I insisted that she please let me talk to the man I spoke with given how far I'd walked to get there. She then began typing on her phone saying they gave only $70. I noticed a sign on the wall showing a $45, 60-minute foot reflexology option and told her this is why I had come. She agreed without apology and we proceeded. However, after I laid down on the massage table, she insisted I pay upfront. I've never been asked to do this before, so I politely asked if this was standard policy. She couldn't explain and kept repeating herself, eventually using a translator app to say payment was required before the service. I paid, but by then, I was already regretting my decision to come. There was no sign anywhere indicating payment is due before service. The massage therapist who worked on me was polite and the massage itself was okay, but the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend this place to others. The spa is in a sketchy area. I was verbally harassed by a homeless person outside, which added to the discomfort. And side note, pretty sure a man was rushing out from a "happy ending" from Ivy if I read the room right. I overheard him asking for a 30 minute service. No way he was there that long when I saw him rushing out and saw her walk out with 2 small hand towels.

There was a complete language barrier, she understood nothing I said or asked, they charged me $10 more than they had any other time. I asked to please focus on my hands and arms and she did not. No shoulder or neck focus like I'd asked as well. Funny the only word she did know was "tip" and yelled it at me over and over again as I was leaving to go get cash from my car. She then came out to my car as I was going through my glove box to grab it, tapped on my window and demanded it. She stopped my massage 10 minutes early and honestly had no actual skill of being a masseuse. It was a terrible massage and even worse customer service and I will never come back here. She was also on her phone for a few minutes at the beginning of our massage and got to hear her phone vibrate on the table throughout. She left the room 3 times. I was really disappointed at this experience.

I've experienced many massage sessions before with other therapists, but none compare to what Beatriz had to offer. I feel that we had instantly connected talking about our lives and things we had in common. It was such a fun conversation! Before she got to work, she asked me about any requests regarding my massage. What kind of pressure I liked, if I had any specific areas of discomfort, or any areas I would've liked for her to work on most. Throughout the session, she kept asking how I was feeling, and if there was anything else she could get me. It was a very nice experience. Overall, I greatly enjoyed Beatriz's service, and I HIGHLY recommend her!

If you are interested in overall health and wellness (who isn't?) she is also a wealth of information and resource in so many categories. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and informed about other key aspects to my health based on her first hand knowledge she willingly shares if you choose to engage. On top of all the above, she is very fairly priced which I know makes her luxurious service accessible to more people which comes from her caring heart. Give her a try and you will be hooked!! I recommend 90 minutes on a regular basis and your body will thank you.

Space is lovely, very beautiful decor, but for true spa, it's a bit too small to really enjoy it as a facility. She did a fine job, but left out some steps (like the add-on that I paid for online before the appointment and the hand and arm massage). I have a feeling she ran out of time. But when I signed up for the facial online, it was allotted for an hour and a half. But she finished in an hour. When I asked her about the add-on, she was unaware of it and admitted that she "did not check (her) notes" before my appointment. That is probably something I wouldn't admit to the client. And I found it odd that I filled out an intake form online and then had to fill out another (paper) intake upon arrival. And while the esthetician did an ok job, she needs to finesse her massage technique. I am former licensed massage therapist and wanted to coach her on some simple and effective massage techniques. Her massage strokes were incomplete and her hands felt a little clumsy. But I feel she will get there, in time, as she gains more confidence with each client. Otherwise, it's a peaceful and well-curated space - a lovely oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Bend. I will definitely be back for the Japanese scalp treatment!

After a monumental amount of snow shoveling for 4 days in a row, I managed to "throw" my back out so bad that I couldn't stand up straight and walked hunched over. I looked like an old lady at 36. I had to call in sick from work, which I detest doing. I wasn't sure if this massage would do any good, as this type of injury has occurred in this particular area of my back probably 5-6 times now and each time the recovery takes longer. But my husband purchased a session for me and sent me on my way. Good god. Jennifer Prull knows what she's doing! She dug right in, made me squeal silently a few times, but she made those tightened, screaming muscles plead for forgiveness! By the time the hour was up and she left to let me get dressed, rolling off the table to stand made my poor, abused back muscles start spasming and screaming in agony (probably as payback). I had to breathe deep for a few minutes before I could even get dressed, but by the time the spasms stopped? I was a whole new woman. I've NEVER recovered so quickly from this type of back problem! There is still pain, but it went from a 8.5 on Friday to a tolerable 3 by the following day and is progressively getting better. Jennifer is my hero. The prices are a bit more than I can afford to go back regularly, unfortunately (though I can say without a doubt--her massage was worth every penny of the $89 it cost for this type of relief!). But I will absolutely be back whenever I can!!! Thanks Jennifer!
