This Footbar is a total pampering experience. The staff is so friendly and professional and enjoy working together. Super comfy chairs. They sat us down with a heated neck pillow. Complimentary mimosas and tea. Naitasha and James provided a heavenly foot and leg massage. Started with a warm soak and then a cold splash to invigorate circulation. Then a scratchy sea salt rub which exfoliated and felt so good. A long, luxurious massage followed. Hot towels felt great. read more

Wonderful! I visited from out of town and would absolutely go again. Each staff member I interacted with was professional, and attentive to my individual needs. I purchased the 90 minute Sole Bliss treatment for my mom and I. It was such a fun and unique experience. Refreshingly different from all other spa experiences I've had, as I aimed to schedule something unique. I only wish the couch was a bit firmer. In theory the giant, cloud-like seating is perfect for a foot soak. However, it was so soft that I found it difficult to get comfortable as my body had no stability. My session included an upper shoulder massage. Let me tell you, I've had more massages and spa treatments than I can count from the five star Fontainebleau in Miami Beach to the Aria in Vegas. The shoulder massage I had here at Sole Foot Spa was by far better than any upper back massage I've experienced. I cannot recall the staff member who worked on me, but I would absolutely request her again! I'm sure they're all proficient. read more

This is such a hidden jewel in Bend. I left feeling like I had a 2-hour full body massage! There really is something about the pressure points on your feet that are so connected to your entire body. Today me and my fellow adventures returned to town after a three month hiking and camping trip. We had never been to bend before and this is the first city we have been to in 12 days. THE best foot massage I have ever had! We had a great girls day and will be back for sure.

My friend and I wrote to Sole over the Memorial Day weekend to ask if they could squeeze us in while we were in town for a couple of days. Amelia graciously wrote back very quickly and told us we could do a 60 minute Soul Bliss Ritual the next day and we gratefully accepted. We arrived at the little house turned footbar and there was plenty of parking in the back. We were greeted at the front by a friendly employee who offered us drinks and gave us paperwork to fill out. We were then taken to a room with 3 openings and no doors, only curtains. One opening was to enter the room, the other was an opening to another spa room, and the third was the opening to a storage room and possible exit to outside as it was very bright. Our room had two oversized plush chairs on top of a platform. We were able to hang our belongings and hop up on the chairs. They were comfortable but they did not recline so we had to slouch down to rest our heads on the back of the chair. They gave us a warmed shoulder cover and a lap blanket. We then soaked our feet in large buckets with stones and essential oils. Calming music was playing and the room was dimly lit for maximum relaxation. Unfortunately, employees were going back and forth to the storage room a ridiculous amount of times ruining our ambiance. I totally understand the soaking of the feet but I don't understand why they soak for so long? The water was getting cool they soaked for so long, and we were frustrated that it takes so much time away from the massage. The girls finally came back in and offered to pour ice water on our feet to end the soak. We accepted and it was shocking but I liked it. Now we were able to start the hot stone massage. It was ok. Nothing exceptional. During the massage a new customer had been put in the room next to us with only a curtain to divide us, so again our ambiance was ruined by talking and moving around, not to mention the employees that continued to get things out of the storage room. It was all very distracting. I don't know why they don't have doors if you are selling a spa type of atmosphere? I think they provided a head/shoulder massage but it wasn't memorable. We then concluded with a paraffin foot wax that was pretty good. In conclusion, coming from Portland where we have an abundance of AMAZING foot foot bar type choices, I wouldn't recommend Sole. BUT if you were in Bend and really wanted to get something done you might give it a try. You might have better luck than we did. The employees were friendly enough and if you have the money to spend they are accommodating getting you in. read more

I am giving "Sole" 3 Stars for the following reasons. First off, I wanted to say that my foot massage was good. However, it was not a full 60 minutes which is a spa faux pas. Secondly, I don't think I will return because there was a man blabbering in the other room behind a curtain (a client) who ruined the whole point of my goal of one hour of relaxation. When you go to a place for a massage, and you don't have your own room with walls, you may come across rude people who don't know spa etiquette.....to be quiet. read more

My husband and I gave each other the gift of a foot massage with the addition of a head/neck/shoulder massage. The reception was friendly and not intimidating and we were escorted into a cozy room on two comfy couches. We settled in and just let our exceptional massage therapist, Christine Brandt, do her thing. My husband, who confessed he always has achy shoulders and neck, said he felt so much better afterward.
