First of all, I care about OUR earth and I thought that Earth Breeze would be one small step to be more conscientious. However, after a single online purchase, Earth Breeze's website generated a monthly subscription on my credit card. After canceling my account and returning ALL their product, I am still being charged a monthly subscription fee. Why ? I have NO idea. In the process of canceling, I exchanged e-mails with support staff and our exchange was cordial and it was conducted in English. But I am still experiencing recurrent charges !! The business practices are TERRIBLE! I received a package I did not order, and checking my account, I had no subscriptions. But they charged $72.14 to my credit card, which is about 50% percent more than my original order. I actually don't know what's in the box, but who can use that many laundry sheets in a month? I could not return the package unopened, because they use a different mailing company, Veho, who does not take packages back. There is no phone number to call, no chat bot, and 3 e-mails got no reply. I'm writing the company in Medford, but AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE. I was automatically enrolled in a subscription that I never opted in to. My credit card was kept on file without my knowledge and charged for a 2nd order I never confirmed. Within a month after ordering I received over 40 sales emails about products, signing up for a subscription, etc. and then I was just automatically enrolled in a subscription. Earth Breeze sent me a supply of one year's sheet even though I didn't order them. They charged my credit card from a prior order $154.00 I returned the supply to them unopened for a full refund. They refused to give me the refund and claimed they had no record of having received the shipment, even though I presented them with the USPS tracking info saying it had been delivered to them. I contacted customer service one more time for the refund, and they refused to even reply to me. This company is a rip off! read more

Earth Breeze is a laundry detergent company with a mission to remove plastic waste from the environment, one laundry load at a time. Load the clothes into your washer, drop one sheet on top (two is you have seriously messy kids and a BIG wash tub) and turn on the machine. If you have a detergent dispenser, just fold that sheet up and slide it in. Easy peasy; they dissolve instantly. Need a little more detergent, but not too much, tear the sheet in half. Have a small load? Again just tear the sheet in half. No problems. They clean great and offer a fragrance free option, which I love. We began using these to reduce plastic waste. Originally we ordered another brand from a large online retail outlet, but the sheets were delivered in a plastic mailer. Oi vey! Not what I was going for. So, I did a bit of homework, found this company, and set myself up on a recurring delivery schedule that fit the needs of my family. You can also order a 'one time' delivery. They mail the detergent sheets to my house via USPS in a paper mailer. The envelope is recyclable, and the laundry detergent packaging is compostable! Each order placed includes a donation of free laundry sheets to charity. I chose a Veterans organization, but there is a drop down menu that allows you to chose from a few categories. Your purchase also helps fund ocean clean up and tree planting and they are a carbon neutral business. Their customer service department is very responsive. On my first order, those pesky computers changed my address (same street & number in a very similarly named city - happens a lot). The order confirmation showed the change, I contacted them immediately, and in a very short time, I received a corrected order confirmation with a lovely personal note. Over the holidays we had several family members staying with us. My usual amount of laundry detergent was quickly depleted. I went on line to order an additional package, and was able to reset my delivery schedule making the next shipment process the very next day! Perfect! I love that I'm not lugging heavy plastic containers of liquid detergent (which are mostly water any how) from the grocery store. I love that they deliver to my door in recyclable material, that I can easily move my delivery schedule forward if needed and their delightful customer service team. And of course, the most important point, the detergent works great. Change is hard, but this is a no brainer. Especially if you have a busy life, a bad back, limited space for storing your laundry supplies, or are trying to be a good steward of the planet. This is a win-win-win. read more

After several times trying to reach you through your contact form, which continual told me the subitted beccould not because of an error. SCAM!!! I was a 4+ year client of this product, but good luck to anyone who ever tries to cancel this service. Multiple attempts to go through their internal cancellation process on their website failed, they have no customer service team, you will not get a call back. When you cancel on their site, it deactivates your email and account, so when they bill you after that, you have no way to contact their team because they deactivate your account the first time you cancel. This allows them to keep billing and the customer has no way to fight it. After months of this, the only legitimate way to stop the auto billing was to put a block on my credit card because they will keep charging you. Proceed with caution!! read more
