SMH The topper is that my car came back BONE DRY with NO oil in it. Positive car was fully topped off as I had just stopped in for a fluid check at valvoline. Showed me examples of components that made up my transmission and allowed me to ask a ton of questions. Shop was spotless and organized as was the waiting room. Arrived shortly before 8:00 and was back home in Kalamazoo by 10:00. Haven't experienced this type of service in a decade. I highly recommend Ryan and this location. I had heard some noises coming from our the Rear Final Drive Assembly on my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Josh later took the vehicle for a spin, hoisted it, checked a few things, and reached out to me about his findings. He presented me with some facts about the symptom and its remedy. He also explained to me the likelihood of other potential, very expensive drive line failures that could be imminent. He could have persuaded me to make a repair to the Rear Drive Final Assembly and taken my money. Instead, he dealt honestly, giving me the opportunity to make a wise decision based on his experienced perspective. The potential future investments involved were sobering. He did not attempt to persuade me in any way (for or against repair), just honestly told me what was happening, what was historically likely to happen next, and the costs for both. It was just a fluke with a bad gasket. They not only fixed the problem under warranty but they also fixed an unnoticed problem with my torque converter and did not charge me for that. I never take time to leave reviews but I had to this time. Most companies will not honor their warranty if the vehicle changes owners but SUPERIOR DOES!! That's an honest warranty.
