Very small servings. Way over priced. Prawns tasted like chicken fingers. Drinks were skimpy on alcohol. Bad choice.

It consisted of a winter salad ($5), linguine carbonara ($25) and toblerone mousse ($5) for a total of $35. The starter salad was delicious, it consisted of gorgonzola, hazelnut, pear dressing and fresh pear. There was the perfect amount of gorgonzola, I actually want to take notes and make this salad at home in the future. The dessert was delicious, consisting of pear butter, fresh pear, hazelnut sponge and chantilly. Together, they were definitely worth $5 each. However, the Liguine Carbonara missed the mark. It was supposed to have Gunaciale, a rich, fatty cured italian pork product. However, I had a SINGLE small piece in my carbonara beneath the arugula. My cousin who ordered the exact same thing had 8+ pieces. The linguine itself tasted house made.. however the carbonara was extremely bland. I didn't taste any salt, pepper or cheese. I was very disappointed to pay $25 for a small portion, that didn't have any flavour nor meat. For me to be disappointed with food while drunk speaks volumes. I think this restaurant has potential. Service was great. I would be willing to return again and try something else.

The food was mediocre, we both ordered chicken sandwiches with salad, however I have had menu items here that I have enjoyed better. It was just a very uninteresting sandwich. One thing I couldn't help but notice was that we were given two different wine glasses while sharing a bottle of wine. To me, that's a huge no no at a winery and I was quite surprised by it. The service was lacking a bit, our waitress was friendly but drinks nor food were checked up on.

Their interpretation of ceviche was beautiful, they offer it with a Thai twist, coconut milk and basil. The drinks were great. Our server Maria was phenomenal, classy and professional. We also ordered the Asian Greens which we also highly recommend. We also tried the soy chicken, which was prepared sous vide style, and made for a very interesting and creative dish. The other main we tried was the ginger scallion crab, which was Italian inspired but with Asian ingredients, such as black bean paste, a lovely dish. The portions were huge, so consider sharing. The tiramisu was also very. We highly recommend this spot and will return when back in town.

Every dish was painstakingly overdone and twisted until the joy within the food was gone. Crème brûlée, but without flavor or texture, (but a Nickelodeon slime green color to whet the appetite), Potstickers that required the jaws of life to separate prior to consuming. Shrimp dumplings in which a metric ton of salt was allowed into a 5"x6" serving dish. There were a good 7-8 servers for the 4 tables that were seated. In spite of this several items were forgotten or didn't come, a few drinks we ordered got left behind for 15-20 minutes. Overall just an extremely poor experience, and definitely won't return.

There was also a skate/snowboard shop in the building but it was closed when we went. It was definitely my kind of joint: snowboard & ski videos playing on flat screen TVs, good dance music bumpin, local art on the walls, black lights on the lanes, and great service from the bar. There were kids, teens, and adults there all having fun. The place was packed when we showed up around 7pm so we played a couple rounds of pool and had some cocktails before we got on the lanes. Not sure if they do reservations but I might suggest checking that out if you are going on a weekend. 5-pin was different but fun and challenging. You use small bowling balls with no finger holes and get three turns per frame instead of two. The points multiply if you strike or spare in the first two turns of the frame, but not on the third turn. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the game but lost 3 of 4 games to my wife. The only draw back to The Cabin was the limited food menu, but I wouldn't take a star away from them for that. Because we started around 8 and bowled 4 games, many of the restaurants had closed by the time we were done. We ended up finding some great pizza at the local bar, The Village Idiot. In summary: great drinks, fun atmosphere, and friendly staff. Not your typical bowling alley. I definitely plan to come back on my next trip to Revelstoke!

If you are scrambling between the mountains doing the Canadian tradition of crossing the Rockies, you'll need to figure out where to stop and nourish your SEOUL. There's a certain audacity to it--the kind that makes a town interesting. You've got this postcard-perfect mountain place, all ski-town swagger and lumberjack flannel, and right in the middle of it, a Korean family decides to plant their flag. They don't just open a restaurant--they create a gathering spot. Seoul Street isn't trying to mimic what Revelstoke already has. It's something else entirely. Walk in and you'll feel it immediately. There's a pulse here--equal parts neighbourhood bar, après-ski hangout, and low-lit spot to linger over soju and a plate of bulgogi. Trivia nights and other activities fill the off-season lull with laughter and beer-fueled rivalry, and when the mountains are quiet, this place hums with locals who know a good thing when they find it. The food? Pretty damn solid - street food with minimal twists and turns - this isn't conFUSION you know! The flavors are real--comforting, soulful, straight out of mom's kitchen, but smartly calibrated for the uninitiated. They'll ask about your spice level, and they actually mean it. You can go mild, or you can sweat your way to enlightenment. Either way, you'll leave full, maybe a little flushed, and very happy. In a town where everyone's passing through--ski bums, truckers, dirtbags, dreamers--Seoul Street manages to feel like home. That's not easy to do. If you're rolling through Revelstoke or laying your head down for the night, don't miss this place. It's brave, it's welcoming, and it tastes like heart. Seoul Street isn't just feeding people--it's building community, one spicy bowl at a time. CHEERS!!!

For the first night of Peachfest they did admirably amid a city wide staff shortage and a line stretching down the street. I think that's probably true. My kid and I heard that this place has an awesome happy hour deal: purchase a drink from 2-5pm, get a free pound of chicken wings. And the wings look great, with lots of choices of sauces! We had hoped to come here for this HH deal but unfortunately, the time never worked out. So we came here for an early lunch instead one hot day. There were very few diners when we arrived, so we had our pick of tables. We chose to sit at the outdoor patio, as it was a lovely day. Our server was super nice. My kid ordered a Wagyu burger with fries and a flight of beers. (One this day of the week, any Wagyu item was $2 off. They have certain specials every day of the week). I usually have a salad for lunch, so I ordered the vegetable salad with beets and goat cheese with its honey Dijon poppyseed vinaigrette. The flight of beers was quite good (according to my kid, who enjoyed them). Her burger and fries were also quite good. (I had a bite and it was tasty). 4/5 stars for her meal. My salad, however, was beyond sad. It was 95% lettuce, a thimble-full of goat cheese crumbles, zero beets, a few wilted cucumber spears, and, again, 95% lettuce. (At least the lettuce was fresh and clean, I'll give it that! But for $17, it was 95% lettuce! I am not exaggerating. And the vinaigrette looked and tasted exactly like a bottled Kraft dressing I've recently had. It did not taste like honey or Dijon at ALL). I'd give my salad 1/5 stars. And that's being kind. (I returned 75% of it uneaten. Even my kid wasn't up for it - and she usually finishes ALL my meals). One item on the menu sounded too good to pass up: their "peaches in a blanket" dessert. It takes 20 minutes to make. We ordered it - and it was the highlight of the whole meal. (Sorry I did not get a photo. We ate it immediately lol!). It was truly delicious, and not obscenely large in size (I find it a turn-off when portions are too huge. This was sized just right). Truly delicious. 5/5. Side note: the bathrooms here, in the back of the restaurant, are quite nice. There are three of them, each nicely decorated, and roomy, one with a large baby table. All super clean. I was impressed by the washrooms! Back to the food... regarding our meals, our dishes were very inconsistent. I'm giving this place a 3/5 stars, totally middle of the road, just because I think your experience will depend on what you order and what day you order it.
