Duck was perfectly medium rare and tender. Partner had beef tenderloin also medium rare and declared it perfect. He's a picky beef eater so this was a rare compliment. Second night had a seared scallop appetizer, supreme chicken and sticky toffee pudding. Partner had a beef tenderloin pasta with brocollini and blue cheese. Again everything was perfectly prepared. Scallop was not overcooked. Chicken was moist and partners beef was also tender. Both nights I was impressed with the chef's attention to the vegetables which were plentiful and crisp tender. Sauces were balanced and not overly seasoned. Food came out hot despite full restaurant. Service was prompt and attentive. Definitely the most 'fine' dining atmosphere that I saw and experienced in Revelstoke. Will be back next year!

There was a nice variety of hot buffet dishes, including the chefs special - eggs Benny in a lemon cream hollandaise sauce, topped with deep fried capers and back bacon. Yum! There was a waffle station, an omelette station and a long table of breads and pastries. The drink station boasted some delicious fresh orange juice (that was the highlight for my husband). As well cranberry and apple juice. There was also coffee and about 10 Tazo teas to select from. It was a delicious way to add to the fun and amazing Pipe coaster experience. I highly recommend both!

Much needed in the height of summer temperature reaching the mid to high 30c. It still carries Bee Kind amenities and I love that brand! It is outside the downtown area of Revelstoke, so you will need to drive into town or take the shuttle for $2 per way. It is about 5 mins away. I like the hot tub. There are two! One outdoor with a view of the mountains and everyone looking at you. The other is in the lower level where the small fitness center is. There are also steam room and sauna and shower area and lounge area there. There are also complimentary beverages like coffee, tea (teavana) and fruit infused water in the morning. After that, only water is available. The lounge area is quite big with a pool table. You can be kept occupied even if you spend a whole day indoors. I'll stay here again if I ever visit Revelstoke again.

I have to say the food was amazing the group I was with had ordered the mile high salad, two of the fish special (salmon), and the Beef Cheek. The salad was great with added chicken side, the salmon was cooked to perfection, and the Beef Cheek melted in my mouth. Which was paired with a nice white wine and seasonal beer (storm watcher). Just a side note try to stear clear of the delicious in house made fresh bread, only to save room for dessert that there two fine pastry chefs can produce. My sandwich was better than average and her half sized salad was huge with lots of variety. We left satisfied but not over stuffed. I would return here if I ever come back to Salmon Arm. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal at a fair price. Looked in the shop and they had a pair of ski pants I just loved, but not in my size. I appreciated that they made the right call on sizing and didn't try to put me in something too big. A year passes and I'm still looking (OK, didn't try much in the meanwhile). Turns out their Peak Performance gear is what I need, and you can't get it in the States (I'm from Seattle, Washington). I call them up, they have the right size, it's on sale, and they're willing to ship to me over the border (nobody else would). These folks are wonderful. Be sure to stop by if you're in the area!
