    I left my instrument at Music & Arts for cleaning and a minor repair. I was told to expect a call…read morewith an estimate to approve for the repair. I had already agreed to the cleaning cost when I dropped the instrument off. After waiting 16 days and hearing nothing from Music & Arts, I called them. The employee I spoke with claimed that they had made multiple attempts to contact me with a repair estimate for me to approve. When I later spoke directly to the repair technician, he admitted only having called once, 10 days earlier. There was no message left. The employee I originally spoke with said that my voicemail box must have been full. It clearly was not. To top it off, there was no estimate given other than the original cleaning cost, which I had already agreed to when I dropped off the instrument. I was now told that it would take still an additional week to do the cleaning and repair, neither which had been started after 16 days. I had no confidence in this time estimate. I drove to the store and retrieved my instrument, which had not been worked on at all. After I returned home from picking up my instrument, the service technician texted me a screenshot of his computer application "proving" that he had left a message for me with an estimate, 10 days before I had retrieved the unserviced instrument. I replied to his text with a screenshot of Verizon's call records for my phone, showing no calls had come from either him or Music & Arts ever since I first brought the instrument to be serviced. Despite Verizon's documented call records, the technician still continued to insist that he had left a message with an estimate and was waiting for me to return his call (which he never made). And that is supposedly why he had not done any work on the instrument. What a waste of my time.

It felt good to walk into a store and the Associates Representing this store knew what they were talking about! Very Knowledgeable and not trying to make us pay a lot of money for what we needed!
