Not knowing if any changes needed to be made to the guitar (adjust truss rod, file nut), I brought it in. A few days later, I picked it up, and everything seems to be just fine. Guitar sounds great, and the price was VERY reasonable. I even bought some extra strings while I was there. Needless to say, I'll be back if I need help again.

I bought & paid instantly for a piece of vintage electronics, and then, as I do with every purchase I make, I asked them to "please ship securely." I simply reminded them, very politely & professionally, about the FedEx shipping requirements they are already expected to follow. No special requests, beyond reminding them that popcorn or crushed paper is never appropriate when shipping heavy items, something every knowledgeable & responsible shipper knows. Both mediums settle or compress during shipment, making them useless for actual protection, and only suitable for fill when shipping lighter items. Did they reply assuring me they always ship responsibly, or perhaps explain how they make sure this is not an issue? Nope, THEY REFUSED?! Despite me assuring them I had years of experience shipping the vintage electronics I bought, they cancelled my order without once trying to contact me, or even question why? So in other words, when they found out I expected them to ship responsibly, they ran from it as fast as humanly possible! They then piled on buy fraudulently cancelled my order without any valid reason, and then when I complained, they tried to make me out to be the bad guy! So you have all the worst things you can find in a business, absolute disregard for secure shipping; complete lack of willingness to learn and expand their current, failing systems, and failure to accept responsibility for their own failures. Rachel, their daughter, is a fantastic voice teacher and exceptional band leader. My child had an amazing time at her rock n roll boot camp this past summer and learned so much. They also have guitar and drum lessons and a second piano teacher, Ms Geri, definitely ask for her. The studio is laid back and there is plenty of comfortable seating for parents to wait while lessons are going on. They also showcase their bands at many local events giving the kids plenty of on stage experience.

I bought a GE dishwasher from them and,unfortunately, when the bottom rack is pulled out from the center, the door blocks the rack. I have to lift the rack up and over the door, which often makes the dishes crash against each other. I have owned many dishwashers, as well as loaded other dishwashers hundreds of times; I have never had this problem before. A technician said nothing could be done about it--and I did not want to pay a restocking fee for an appliance which is faulty. Just be sure and check the dishwasher before you buy it.

They solved a problem for me. The units I got wouldn't fit up the stairs. It was a combo washer dryer unit. I knew there might be an issue when I set up the order and delivery, and discussed that with Sandy. She assured me the delivery guys were excellent and would sort it out. They checked the various dimensions and saw it wouldn't work. I drove down to the showroom to see what could be done. They gave me a different stackable set that could make the stairs. Best part- they were still within the original delivery window. Seriously. They did all this today and STILL GOT IT DONE DURING THE SCHEDULED TIME! Shop local! Great staff, great experience.
