Desiring to get away to the Caribbean without having to travel far? Well this place just might hit…read morethat spot. You get that Island feel and ambiance with the decor, the music, and the food. We've already been to this location a handful of times, so here are a few reasons we keep coming back. The service here has been exceptionally well. We're greeted with a warm welcome upon entering and they're usually able to seat us right away. Our waiters have been friendly, accommodating, and attentive during our dining experience. We've utilized their high chairs for our littles, and they've been helpful in setting it up for us. We're usually here during their happy hour on the weekdays because it's half off their appetizers and some of their drinks are between $4-$7. Our favorite apps are: Beef Empanadas, Yuca Cheese Fries, Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip, and their Coconut Shrimp. For our entree, in the past we've ordered: Grilled Chicken with Cilantro-Crema, Jerk Chicken Pasta, Grilled Salmon and their Applewood Bacon & Cheddar Burger. Everything comes out consistently hot and delicious. I would say that the Grilled Chicken lacks some seasoning, esp for a Caribbean themed restaurant. Other than that, there are lots of tasty flavors and spices that can get your palate going. The restrooms are toward the back and they've been in decent condition. Most of the time, the toilets and sinks are functioning and their soaps and paper products are usually stocked. There's a changing table in the women's restroom. Overall, our experience here has been satisfactory. The food and service is great and the price is even greater when you take advantage of their happy hour, which we highly recommend!

Even the yuca frites (which I'm usually not a fan of) were crispy and delicious with that jerk honey butter. Patricia took great care of us with spot-on food and drink recommendations. The pineapple piña colada she suggested was refreshing and hit the spot. Tasty food and a fun tropical vibe, definitely worth checking out. Tip: Happy hour is the best time to sample their appetizers, select items are half off from 4-6 PM and 9 PM to close.

Not only did they make me feel comfortable and excited with their presence but Kia also helped with our timeline in a way that made everything go extremely smoothly. When him Conor and I. Had a meeting couple weeks before the wedding. We were struggling with the timeline of everything and how we're going to incorporate the Persian ceremony with American ceremony and Kia was able to explain how it will be done so effortlessly. As for the actual music, we sent a couple ideas what we wanted the night to be like in Kia couldn't be more perfect in his effortless djing and MCing. And Farzan was a tremendous add, I am so happy We have also had him to compliment Kia. Everyone we spoke to after the wedding could not stop raving about both of them. Also both of their extremely positive attitudes was a cherry on top- they were truly a huge part of the night and couldn't have gone as smooth as it did without them. I need Kia to make a playlist on everything he did because OBSESSED. My maid of honor getting married next year also using Kia also said she is now soooo excited to use you guys!

First of…read moreall the reservation process was easy and I was able to work out an itinerary and all the details with Eric from customer service. Based on what I was looking for and the size of our party, he recommended the Cadillac Escalade limousine. It was perfect for us. It was in very good and clean condition. The lights inside were very nice. The Bluetooth connection was very easy. There were cups, napkins and small water bottles for us to enjoy. The driver was very professional. The ride was very comfortable. Drop offs and pick ups at all our stops were very easy. We had his cell phone number and called him a few minutes before being ready and he was always ready whenever we needed. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I was a bit worried because I saw some not so pleasant reviews but I guess happy customers are not as quick to give a review. I'm happy I gave them a try. We will be using them again later this year and I can highly recommend them to anyone needing a limo rental. Their prices were also better than some others I checked with. Overall a great experience. Thank you Atlas for being part of our celebration.

DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE! We used this limo service for my nieces's Sweet 16 and it was an…read moreevening from hell and they single handedly helped to ruin a milestone event. They arrived over 30 minutes late which significantly disrupted the evening due to a series of unacceptable service failures. First, the limousine arrived 30 mins late, which caused us to miss our scheduled dinner reservation and threw off the timeline for the entire evening. This alone would have been frustrating, but the problems only escalated from there. The limousine that arrived was extremely dated and not reflective of the luxury experience we had been promised or paid for--particularly disappointing for such a special occasion. Even worse, the air conditioning was not working on an extremely hot day, leaving the girls uncomfortably overheated during the ride. When we finally arrived at the restaurant, we were at the mercy of the restaurant accommodating our lateness. When we returned to the car the owner demanded an additional $150 although they had been late on their end thereby causing the lateness on the back end. The most serious issue occurred when the vehicle broke down due to a failed radiator, stranding us on the side of the road. We were left waiting over an hour on the side of the street at 10 o'clock at night for a replacement vehicle, during which time 11 teenage girls--dressed for a formal event--were forced to wait in the heat and uncertainty, visibly upset and anxious. When the owner arrived with the new vehicle and we inquired about compensation, he said he would only talk to my brother in law and would talk tomorrow being today June 29 and now he will not respond to his messages or calls. When he called from a different number, he responded and said stop calling him or he would sue for harassment when he said follow up with me tomorrow! This was meant to be a joyful and memorable celebration for my niece, and instead, it became stressful, uncomfortable, and embarrassing. Your company failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations of professionalism, safety, and reliability and "on-time guarantee"!

She's responsive, anticipates needs I didn't even know I had as the wedding coordinator for my sister's wedding. Over the four months that I had to plan this event, Sandy, who is now on my speed dial, was with me every step of the way, and not just for my catering needs. She was my confidante, mentor, and occasionally my therapist to talk me off the ledge...and now I count her as a friend. This doesn't even begin to describe the food. No detail was missed. The filet melted on our tongues; the chicken was a delight to our tastebuds; the salmon, the potatoes, the salads...I cannot begin to find the words to express the amazingness and deliciousness of each and every dish. Not to mention the signature cocktails we came up with...actually, let me mention them: creative, festive, and beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this woman and this company. She came through at every turn and does that for every client she has. I sincerely look forward to working with her in the future, and more than that, I look forward to continuing my friendship with her.

Review Classic Catering Wedding Services May 24, 2026…read moreBottom Line Up Front: This caterer did not provide all services specified in the contract, was unresponsive when problems arose, and provided ok-not-great food. They employ hard-working staff with minimal English so communication was an issue. We would not recommend them. Background and Contract This was an upscale wedding held at a bucolic rural residence in Waterford VA on Memorial Day Weekend 2026. There were 160 guests. Customer has hosted three previous weddings, including one only eight months prior, and has experienced numerous upscale weddings. The setup was on open property, on grassy farmland. The wedding celebration included a pre-ceremony activity (no/minimal food/drink with a few chairs), a wedding ceremony (chairs in rows under a tent), a post-ceremony cocktail reception (servers offering passed drinks, passed hors d'oeuvres outdoors, open bar, table with light refreshments/dips), dinner (servers, tables/chairs under a tent plus buffet serving table with steam serving equipment), dancing/dessert (dessert bar with servers), after dinner campfire (arranged by the venue) with "s'mores" (marshmallows/chocolate bars/graham crackers) (to be set up by servers). Classic Catering was selected as the catering service because they had experience at the venue, and because online reviews seemed favorable. The written contract included: 1. Servers and bartenders, event supervisor 2. Food including hors d'oeuvres, light refreshments, dinner, dessert 3. Setup of all chairs and tables for dinner, chairs for ceremony, plus bar and cocktail area, dessert area, s'mores station 4. Cleanup/takedown of food, trash, chairs, tables. The contract also included some special touches: 5. Appetizers served to the bride and groom so they would have them immediately after the ceremony (during a special seclusion time) 6. Extra plates during dinner for people who want a second helping of food 7. Passed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres after the ceremony. Servers were instructed to approach guests and circulate so that all guests desiring food/drink could be served without waiting in a line for food/bar/drink. Basic Agreements and Promises by Caterer 1. Customer hired a wedding planner. They provided a timeline and setup specifications to Caterer. Communications to caterer were crystal clear. 2. Customer/coordinator held a walk-through specifically for the caterer a few weeks before the wedding. Caterer did not attend (claiming an emergency), and only called to cancel one hour before the appointment time. 3. Customer/coordinator sent a detailed timetable for the event. There was no question what was supposed to happen when. Dessert was set up at 8:15; the timetable clearly specified 9:00PM 4. It is challenging to provide a hot meal for 160 people eating under a tent in a farm field. This requires food selection and preparation to remain fresh, hot, and appetizing on steam trays, with food being kept hot for a long time. All of this was known and discussed in advance, and caterer was expected to plan accordingly. 5. Customer/wedding coordinator sent several texts, emails, and voice mails providing instructions, including special updates the day before and day of because of rain the day before, but no rain the day of the wedding. As can be seen below, these instructions were either not received, not passed along, or disregarded. For example, the wedding coordinator texted Sandy (sales representative from Classic Catering) at 10AM to say we were going back to the original set up for the cocktail hour and dessert. The onsite catering staff never got that message, had no clue, and this caused delay and rework. 6. Caterer promised to have supervisors on site to instruct staff. On wedding day, the supervisor demonstrated lack of experience and inadequate English. Communication, proactive management, and responsiveness were lacking. Experience on Wedding Day 1. In the days before the ceremony and that day, there was rain in the area. It was evident that the ground would be wet and muddy. Catering staff used a truck that could not drive across the fields, and so they had to unload far from the wedding area. This caused delays and tired workers before the wedding activities even started. 2. Caterer provided inexperienced staff who did not speak English. Basic hospitality skills were lacking. 3. Catering staff contracted to set up chairs and tables for the ceremony and the dinner. This is a major effort that requires many hands, and only the caterer has this number of personnel. Catering staff seemed unaware that they were responsible. The staff had no setup instructions, though these had been provided to the caterer. The staff did not speak English so they were hesitant and unresponsive. The wedding coordinator and her helper wound up moving tables and chairs and performing much/most of the setup, along with the bartender (one of the few catering staff who spoke English). The bartend
