They had exactly what we needed and were able to deliver to our venue on a Sunday evening. Carlyle was a pleasure to deal with, prices were great, quality of the tables and chairs were great, and best of all he was so reliable. I was at first concerned or nervous about the prepay schedule for special high demand dates but we worked it out. I really had nothing to worry about.. I reserved tables and chairs from DMV Party Rental in Woodbridge one week prior to our event and paid for them in advanced. When we arrived to pick up our order, we noted that several items were either unsightly or defected and the warehouse manager acknowledged this. However, she stated they did not have replacements items. Because our event was the next day, we had no choice but to accept the defective items. I wanted to registered a complaint and ask to speak with a supervisor. I was informed that the manager was on vacation and would call me Monday. I was told that their policy is to return calls within 24 hours. She never counted me, so I called her Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, each time I was given a different excuse for her not returning my call or not being available.
