When Terry Oates and the Mudcats decided it was time to shoot the music video for our new song "Yamomnem", we discovered the task more difficult than we'd thought. We found it hard to get someone to meet with us to discuss our project and after pursuing a couple other videography companies, and receiving no response, we had wasted several months of time and planning. When I shared this with a friend of mine, she said immediately that if we wanted to "raise the bar" on our music we should contact Ian Rushing of Toy Box Productions. After an online introduction, we made an appointment that was convenient for us both on a reasonable time line for lunch to discuss our project. Immediately I saw his focus and intentions of giving us the product that "WE" wanted. He was very helpful in finding how to bring our idea to reality the way we saw it. The entire project followed suit. Not only did Toy Box Productions work us into their very busy schedule but they made contact before hand to work out details and ideas. We found them to be very creative on the artistic side of our video as well as very professional and accommodating on the business side. When it came to the tedious task of editing all the little tiny details they were very patient and made every change we requested without ever making us feel we were not receiving their full attention or being a burden. I know for a fact they were very busy with other clients during this time as well but we still always felt like their first priority. We finished the project on budget as quoted and after wards when we needed different formats and other services they delivered quickly to meet our deadline. They delivered a very professional product on budget and in the time frame they described. The whole process was a very enjoyable and rewarding experience.
