Our USB drive, with our high resolution photos, was delivered almost a month after that. One issue that I was upset about was the fact that we did not have family formal photos and I as the bride do not have a photo of myself alone with my dress elegantly. I was told later by her that we did not give her a shot list, but it's a wedding... What photographer doesn't shoot family formals? We are taking our family formals with our family this summer, but NOT WITH HER. Honestly the thing that upset me most was the lack of communication and service. Your wedding photographer should respond to calls, texts and emails... Again I really didn't want to write a review, but it really has been bothering me inside...
