So I was planning our companies 50th Year Anniversary in 2017 and was looking around for a good photo booth company. I stumbled upon Top Hat and decided to take a shot. I actually also found them on Groupon and purchased one of their packages. The entire time I was in communication with Mohammed, he was professional and VERY patient. We wanted our photo cards to be customized. He afford an amazing option but it was a bit high (mind you we already spent a lot on the venue and catering so this was one way to cut on the budget). ANYWAYS, I sent him a sample of what we wanted and he did a fantastic job. When Mohammed and his work partner showed up, they were dressed very professional, were very friendly, and nice. Their presentation and table top with props looked very nice and clean. The whole time they were engaging with our company employees and making it fun for them. If my memory serves me right, I think they even offered to help with directing our employees to the photo booth or sign in area...talk about customer service. But I did not want to burden them with that so I just kept going. For two young gentlemen running this small business, they are doing an amazing job. I was amazed with how quickly we went from scared and shy to laughing hysterically and going crazy in front of the camera. One of the fine ladies helping us had a photographic memory. She would ask me my cell number and immediately committed it to memory. She had photos and videos buzzing my phone before I even got out of the booth. The best part of this was how much fun it was to get in there and jazz it up. I'm a total introvert but the booth and the lovely ladies running it put me into a hypnotic trance where I became an extrovert. Then, each of my siblings and I had specific ideas in mind and were fairly demanding about what we wanted (4 adults who all have their own taste/thoughts = a lot of discussion about what to do or not do). Erin stayed up-beat and had great recommendations when people got stuck for poses or couldn't agree on what to do. That experience was so disappointing and unsettling that my father actually considered buying his own professional camera and taking a photography course... lol!
