Initially, I'd added Harlow's on our list of places to check out, but feeling adventurous -- and given we were already in the area -- we chanced getting in. Fortunately for us, there were 2 seats at the bar top! What an adventure for us to drive out there; located within what was once a golf course. From the moment you enter through the front door, it's old school luxury and elegance: low, dim lighting (some areas darker and more intimate than others); a variety of seating options, some with beautiful, plush furnishings and fascinating art & decor; classy vibe yet casual and comfortable. Very speakeasy. Entertainment is performed on select nights. The staff was wonderful! Given this unexpected stop, we enjoyed cocktails only; however, friendly guests around us praised their menu items. Exquisite find -- one in which we plan to revisit very soon. We didn't have any issues around 10pm. Seating: An intimate lounge for the most part, bar seating, group seating, room for about 50 people total. Vibes: Downtown Palm Springs is an eventful place. Small enough that it's close to the type of vibe you need. As for the space itself, it has a dim lighting, a tv for sports or popular shows if you just want to zone out. You have your usual singers and a good ebb and flow of people trying to catch a song. Karaoke is definitely the heart of this place. Whether someone is absolutely crushing it or having fun with friends, it's a supportive place with good vibes all around. DRINKS Vodka Soda with Lime (Recommend) A simple drink that gets the job done. Cold, refreshing, and well balanced. Just a solid cocktail to help you relax and enjoy the vibes. CUSTOMER SERVICE Friendly, attentive, and easygoing. DJ is great and same as the servers. TL;DR OVERALL 4.5 Stars. Good drinks, welcoming people, and one of those neighborhood bars that doesn't have to be expensive and flashy. Great space where people can laugh, sing, meet new friends, and enjoy a night out. Enjoy! TIPS * Karaoke is the main attraction--don't be afraid to sign up for a song. * Vibes will come in waves, sometimes it's poppin and sometimes its chill.

The rooftop area isn't very large, but WOW, it's beautiful! You have a view of the beach, umbrellas, little chairs and couches, and just an overall relaxing vibe. It's such a nice place to hang out, enjoy the view, and grab something to eat or drink. We ordered the summer salad and a flatbread, although I can't remember the name of the flatbread. Both were actually very, very tasty! I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the food. Everything came out quickly too. The service was also great, both from the person helping us at the bar and the person who brought out our food. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Absolutely horrible experience...will never go again...the staff was racist and profiled us the entire time. We were dressed to impress, but was treated rudely and disrespectful. The drinks were watered down and tasted like juice at $12 a piece. The bartender Alex employee #22395 made these wack ass drinks. And when my brother said he didnt want it. Alex decided to be rude and make disrespectful comments. So my brother poured the drink out and walked away. Alex being the small skinny BITCH that he is. Decided to call security and tells security that my brother threw the drink in his face and should be put out. Mind you my brother has already walked away from the scene and is on the entire opposite side of the establishment. The rest of us decide to get my brother and go sit down outside on the patio. 5 minutes later there are not 1....not 2....not 3.. But 4 security guards Orlando, Jonathan, Richard and Joseph. And out of all of the guards..JONATHAN was an absolute asshole just ready to escalate the situation. The manager Chris Soliz is now demanding that we leave the place. Having only been there 15 minutes. He did not care to hear our side of the story. He did not care about the fact that we are explaining that we were there the entire time. And no one was ever assaulted. No one ever threw anything on anyone, anywhere. And instead of receiving an apology for their bartender making falsified claims and watered down drinks. We were escorted out of the lounge with 4 security inside, to meet 5 more security outside, to have 2 security go down the elevator. And there's like a whole swat team downstairs. Like this was absolutely ridiculous. No one asked us anything about what happened. NO ONE CARED TO HEAR OUR SIDE AND MY BROTHER WAS FALSELY ACCUSED. We were treated unfairly. And with the extremity of the security they felt necessary I feared for my life. With all of the police brutality lately this could have gone too far. And this was supposed to be my husbands birthday bash. Absolutely horrible..if you're a group of black people. You may want to steer clear. They are out of control. I WILL be escalating this further. read more

Dance floor is too small. Dark lighting. Waitresses and Bartenders are great... Management not so much! Attended the 2014 Halloween Costume Contest... It was a sham! I personally watched the little manager man, wait for 3 of his friends to come in and then he gave them a wrist bands! This contest was not about the best costume it was about this managers friends winning! We wasted our entire night in this dive when we should have gone to the pitstop where they truly did judge the costumes! SORRY we ever visited this crap hole! Once we knew that the contest was rigged about 45 of us promptly left the building! Don't waste your time on this place! The flyer promised that patrons could win Pechanga vouchers... NO ONE ever saw anyone WIN any vouchers... The managers must have kept them for themselves! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! read more
