Horrible customer service! Every single window has debris under the tint. They cracked 3 windows and my back windshield. They refused to admit they cracked them. I took it to a window place and another tint place to get a second opinion. They still refused to fix the problem. They didn't want to fix the bubbles and debris under the tint. I was traveling to work on the I 10W when all of a sudden a utility truck kicked up a blunt object pretty decent size smacked right in the middle of my windshield. I left my car overnight so the technicians can order the windshield for my Maxima. I got my car back the following day, late afternoon and the work was quality, very professional business. Was sent here from another shop to get a tint. The guy said he would match the price when i show up the guy wants to charge me 40 dollars more then what we agreed upon because he said the other material will discolor in a year. Why would they offer tint if it will discolor in a year? I recommend you save your money and find another shop. read more

Guys, listen out... This place isn't even close to living up to the reviews that you'll find on the Google Maps app'. I found them through the Google Maps app' and since the reviews from a first glance looked good I figured I'd give them a shot at tinting out my new Audi S5 windows all around. How bad could it be if the reviews on there were quite good, right?! Hahaha! Well, bubbles on 2 windows and rear door's (trunk) window is peeling from the base of the window. Literally, the film is peeling off. Dished out $160.00 for the entire job ($150.00 for the work and $10.00 tip) for me to get what I paid for. At first there were some bubbles and since I switch cars out quite often I just figured that the bubbles would be gone in about 2-3 days after the job getting done but they never went away and actually got a bit bigger on my passenger front door's window. I went back and asked the older Hispanic guy there if he could do anything for me (3 weeks later, HECTIC, HEEEECTIC SCHEDULE!) and he asked me for a receipt, which I didn't have due to me putting the receipt in my pocket when I paid and eventually it getting lost. So he kept giving me the run around about having me come back a few times early in the morning and kept asking for a receipt. Haaaaa, really?! It's 2021, brother, who in the hell keeps receipts?! Not to mention that you should recognize your work and clearly remember my damn car (black legacy place couldn't stand out more). Not a Bentley, but it's obviously not one of the many that fall into the dime a dozen category. My ass goes on and also takes my new RAM 3500 dually to get the windows tinted here as well not long after my first approach about the S5's windows and one of them also ends up with freaking bubbles and at this point I don't even bother although I do have the receipt for that job. Listen to what I'm telling you, I'm seriously trying to save your time and efforts, TRUST ME, I know what I'm telling you! There's a spot across (not exactly across, but around that area) the street from the Fontana court that you'll need to call in advance to book you in because they're that busy but you'll get a hell of a job for your hard earned money! #EstaGenteVale............... read more

I agree with Mike C. Terrible customer service. My work van didn't pass because he said that the catalytic converter has been tampered with. The catalytic has been on the vehicle for over 2 years . It has always passed smog. I asked her questions about it and got soo offended she's that her technician is doing his job and is not lazy like other places. DO NOT take your car to this place of business to get your windows tinted. I took my car about 3 weeks ago and some bubbles were visible on the first day, however I was told give it a week or so. 3 weeks after there was bubbles on the tint. So I took my car back, only to be told that the problem was my windows (what a joke) and that was the reason why the Tint had bubbles. After arguing my case on how that made no sense they agreed to redo it again. After the second time the tint was even worse all kinds of bubbles. BAD JOB !! It also took a full day before I got my car back. The next day the Tint was worse then the 1st Tint. Ultimately I had to take it to another place to get my car re-tinted because I no longer trusted the fact that my issues would be fix. I lost time and money. In addition, as a business you need to take responsibility and act professional not give a bunch of excuses. read more

I had brought my lexus to this window tint place because i seen it was busy and thought they would have great service the guy and the lady at the desk was nice and all .. But im very disappointed im so angry with myself that i let them tint my windows i just picked my car up from there and i got home and noticed i have cut marks on my interior under my window wear they cut the tint but cut my interior on all my doors and the back looks like its going to get bubbles because the tint doesn't look like its on as good as the rest of the tint .. I wish i read the reviews before going there. When i left the man said no warranty and besides the place is closed now so i cant take it back to complain i don't no what kind of action to take with them but all i can say is i don't recommend taking your vehicle to this tint shop read more

Terrible, not a clue of what they are doing, I took a my car in for some LED lights, I got charged 140 because jeeps ate difficult, on my way to work my lights kept turning off, I work nights, all the way to victorville, so I took it back in, and I got the run around for a week that the guy that does that is not in, I finally caught the guy that does that work, so I told him my issues, he said he was very busy with other paid jobs, and I would have to wait, n he'll call me back, so I didn't get a call by 7pm so I went, n the business was closed. So I called the next day, and they said it was not done yet and they will call me back, again I didn't get a call back so I called at 4pm, and they said it was done, so I get there and I check my lights and they're not working, so the guy that does this work won't come out, he sent one of the other workers and instructed the guy how to zip tie it cause the cables were not making a good connection, and they had the audacity to charge me 20 for the zip ties, it finally worked, so went home and drove to work that night and again it failed, so I had to take it to a different location to get it corrected read more
