Then he began to discuss price.. What he was asking for was competitively priced but it didn't match the price that is POSTED as a special on their website. When I asked him about it, he said it was because the level of service that I was requesting cost more.... Fair enough, but then he wanted to charge me a $59 trip charge when their website clearly says "No after hour charges from 8am to 8pm Monday-Saturday, No trip charges with any work performed" HUH? Is that something that I was supposed to mention to you???? Anyways, Not Cool... The only reason I gave a 2 star is because of the nice woman who I originally spoke with on the phone. This may be a good business overall, I don't know since I didn't use them but the impression that I received from Dave was that this is not a place that I'd choose to do business with. Please either update your website so people like myself don't think what they're reading is actually true or simply stick to your word and don't add a trip charge like you currently have posted on your website.

I called the company who serviced our furnace just days ago assuming they had 24 hour emergency service only to find out they didn't and was told that someone would call me in the morning when they opened. Well we couldn't wait until the next morning as it was already 8:30 pm and it was getting colder and colder inside the house and outside. My daughter recommended Zach Bryant owner of Alliance Air Solutions and without hesitation he was at our home within the hour....9:30 pm to be exact. He performed his diagnostic and repair and had us up and running by 10pm. We were so THANKFUL! He told us exactly what needed to be repaired (need a new blower motor) and costed out the repair which was $200 "less" than what the other company estimated. Zach had the part ordered and installed within the week and we are now GOOD TO GO..and WARM!!! I feel confident that I've now got at least a few more years on my 17 year old furnace thanks to Zach. I highly recommend Zach Bryant and Alliance Air Solutions for ANY of your HVAC needs. Great work, reasonable prices, kind, and EXCELLENT customer service! Zach knows what he's doing and is very compassionate about his work! Traci M. Aurora, CO

Only to find out it was never installed properly. Zach I can't thank you enough.

After moving into my recently purchased house, I needed to have the furnace and a/c cleaned. The…read morefurnace and a/c are only four years old, but the previous owners apparently rarely cleaned, were smokers, and had animals. I asked a journeyman electrician friend for a recommendation knowing that he often wires furnaces and a/c systems, and he immediately recommended Erives Heating and Air. I called and was able to easily get an appointment within six days. The technician, Coco, arrived as scheduled and was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any preliminary questions, and then went straight to work. When he finished, he showed me how to operate all the different components since I am new to the house and the system has some accessories. He explained in detail what he did during the cleaning, including cleaning and checking the electrostatic air cleaner and UV light. He removed the electrostatic air cleaner inserts and showed me how to clean them and told me how often. Due to a snow storm and low temperatures, Coco was unable to service the a/c system, but we scheduled a future date to return to do that. Update: Coco came back out and cleaned and checked the a/c system with the same professionalism as with the furnace. He even went as far as to verify the correct part number for a replacement accessory with his supplier to ensure I was purchasing the correct part. He didn't have to do that, but he went out of his way, which shows his character well. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism of Coco from Erives. I plan on using Erives and requesting CoCo for any HVAC needs I have in the future or if I need a contractor recommendation if they don't perform a specific service.

We had a new heat pump installed and all new ducting put into the attic. IMHO, it's always how a contractor behaves once the work is done that tells you if you'd want to do business with them again. For example, I noticed that some of the vents were not sealed down as well as I wanted. I let Fernando know, and he came out that week and sealed up every crack with duct sealer and foam insulation. He also made sure that all our ducts were sealed with R8 instead of R6 insulation to help ensure that the cold air stayed cold. I would highly recommend FenAir, Fernando and his team.

At the time we knew we needed to replace the guts of this old home. We reached out to FenAir via Yelp and quickly received a response from Fernando and a handful of other competitors. We schedule a date a time for one of his guys to come check out our project. Jesus, the guy who gave us the estimate, was on time to meet and discuss our project. Jesus was very down to earth and honest with us. After interviewing with a handful of other contractors we were happy with the product and quote the Jesus had provided us and we granted the work to FenAir. Within a few days Fernando's crew showed up and got to work! We had the AC unit moved to the other side of the house as the line set was crossing 3 window wells, it was originally poorly placed. During the install of the new high efficiency furnace Fernando brought it to our attention if we wanted to eliminate the flue from the roof we would need to replace the water heater as well! Luckily I had a hybrid water heater that we had purchased from Home Depot, but I was going to install it myself. Fernando and I quickly negotiated a fair price for his guys to do the install. It was very impressive to see all this work get done in one day! If I did have one negative comment, it would've been to have his guys come back the next day to wrap up the project. They put in a long day and it wasn't until after after 8PM when the finished. It wasn't really a big deal, but I know some people may want work to be done at a reasonable hour. All and all, we are very satisfied with the quality of work and speed of FenAir! My apologies for taking so long to get this review to you!
