    FRAUDULENT INTERNET SERVICE--SPECTRUM WILL DEFRAUD YOU…read more You pay for 400Mbps, and you get 40. "Try our pod!" That's a sucker gimmick because it does nothing and doesn't work. It's nothing but junk, and they know it, and sell it to people under the false premise that it will "extend the wifi range," when the router and modem is subpar and not even capable of functioning at a minimum level of performance. They'll run you through trouble shooting steps that will resolve minor issues momentarily, and within weeks, it's back to garbage internet speeds. If you tell them they are in breach of contract, they'll try to assure you they'll "do everything they can to help you," which means they'll recommend you buy an expensive $200 gaming router that is third party because their own equipment is such hot garbage. Their app is a joke, and is highly suspicious--sure feels like it's just a toy to distract you without actually accomplishing anything. In short, this company is fraudulent from top to bottom and is nothing but NSA incorporated. They suck money out of your wallet while telling you they're doing you a favor. WTF is that??? Next time spectrum tries to sell you on their "greatness" at the store to get you to sign up, look 'em dead in the eye and tell them, "Eat cow pie."

    I was a customer migrating from a competing service... Intent on making the switch to Verizon. I…read moredropped in (11.05.21) at a nearby store in Pleasant Prairie, WI - eager to make a service change and upgrade my current phone. I even made reference to this with the reps (An EASY Sale) as I entered the store... Only they gave me the impression they didn't care and appeared more concerned about the time on the clock. Okay fine... I'll take my business to another Verizon store, which I did the following (11.06.21) day. Once again, I entered the store eager to get the newest iphone and improved cellular service. So, I sat with a rep 'Nathen' and after roughly 30 minutes I left with a handwritten scrap piece of paper with my order number, a description of what I would receive and, the sales reps name and number. His instructions were to simply monitor my email and track my order, they would follow up with me once it arrived. Moving forward, I received one email which only read the order was "Shipped" under the status. I checked multiple times a day for over a month before finally calling the rep (12.12.21) to get a personal update. Well, he never answered his phone and his vm did not accept messages as, it indicated it was full. So, I called the store and spoke directly with one of the reps. This rep 'Nick' indicated to me that my phone was delivered but nobody in the store knows what happened to it. He told me this has never ever happened before and will investigate further and call me back... Never received that call. I called back (12.15.21)... asked to speak with the store manager. Representative that answered 'Anthony' told me they did not have an active manager in the store but he could help. After giving him all of the particulars... He told me the order & tracking numbers indicated it was delivered there but nobody there could speak for it or locate it but, he assured me he would get me answers but first he needed to consult with management and the other associates. I replied, "That's what the previous rep told me and I never received a follow-up. Anthony responded, "I guarantee you I will personally call you back within 2 hours," Lmao - Guarantee WHAT? SO... I was about to call it quits with ever doing business with Verizon again! However, my girlfriend continued to urge me to visit another store near her and give this Charlie a chance... There was a little distance between this store and my home however, she insisted he would resolve the issue and present me with a great deal as Charlie had done for both her and her mother. She even called him in advance and shared my experiences with the two previous Verizon stores. Without hesitation, Charlie exercised his resources and expedited the exact phone I had previously ordered to his store in just a couple of days. Whatsmore, upon meeting Charlie Pullara... his innate sense of personal attention and customer care is exceptional. Also, with Charlie it isn't some fake sales pitch his personality is completely organic. He managed to deliver in short time the phone I wanted, was thoughtful in listening to questions and concerns and even apologized for the bad experiences I had with the other store locations. Thanks Charlie... You've restored my faith in humanity. A+

Did not feel like it was a pressure sales situation- he listened to the issue and gave solid, cost effective options to fit the needs. Thank you, Milton! Store was nice - very clean and organized. Convenient location with ample parking and good access on and off busy highway 20.

    BEWARE THIS COMPANY! This company is fraudulent in its…read moreservices. If you go check multiple service speed tests. It's always well below what they advertise unless you go to their specific speediest site. They also overcharge an additional month past date you cancel and refuse to correct and unless you pay they directly send it to a collection agency and mess up your credit rating. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I personal am going though this experience with them in North western WI. I received their bill. then called them and canceled them. the following month received another bill. 1 month after canceling them. I called them to correct it. basically told to bad and to pay it. When I refused to pay, they sent it to collections and have since ruined my credit rating.

    We believe you would be extremely ill-advised to even entertain the thought of switching to this…read morescam-like business. We had their "service" for 1 1/2 months. We had them out several times, but the issues were never resolved permanently. When the full month bill was received in Sheboygan, they claimed that another business wrote the contract; therefore, they were not responsible for the huge increase in the monthly bill. We said we have the contracted amount on hard-copy, and they would not honor it. Bait & Switch, no extras like call-waiting or forwarding, very crappy internet (went out all the time), and sluggish TV streaming. Learn from our experience and run from this business!
