We love Dr. E & all of his staff. We were referred to him by a friend and couldn't be happier! My older son got his braces on in 2017 and they were off a year & 1/2 later with a beautiful smile. Today my younger son is going in for his. The staff is so friendly and easy to work with and they want to make sure you are happy. They are so personable and they make an extra effort to know every person who comes in. Also very impressive is how active Dr. E is in our local community. It's good to know we are supporting local business and I feel Dr. E gives a lot back! Also, the office is very comfortable and comforting. There are no walls between the waiting room and the office, which makes it a nice, open area. You aren't wondering what the staff is doing with your child behind closed doors... they are right where you can see them and they are comforted knowing you are right there if they need you. Words can't describe how thankful I am to have found Dr. Sharif Elbayoumy (Dr. E). So, what led us here? My 9 year old son's dentist has always told us that when he turns around 9/10, it'll be time to see an orthodontist due to his overbite. We made an appointment with one but unfortunately, he had horrible bedside manners and my son who gets nervous easily and anxiety gets the best of him was freaking out about everything. So I decided to ask around and try out another ortho. We are beyond blessed to have been referred to Dr. E. My son went in super nervous but when we walked in, the office had such a relaxing and welcoming vibe. Super clean and kid-friendly. His eyes lit when he saw his name on a cool welcome board! Deann, the office manager greeted us with a warm smile. She asked if she could take my son back for scans as I filled out new patient papers on super cozy couches. We then went into an office where she explained how the visit will go and answered any questions. I can tell that my son was comfortable but still a tad nervous. Dr. E walked in and was super friendly to us. He looked at the images and thoroughly explained what was going on. He took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He checked my son's teeth but was very gentle and had great bedside manners. My son was feeling so much better at this point. The doctor explained the treatment and what the next visit would entail. When the doctor was done, Deann took more time to explain the treatment to my son by showing him models of braces and expansions/ she got him excited about it by talking about the different color options! Who would've thought that I'd be leaving this visit with a happy boy. It really truly is all thanks to Dr. E and his office staff. Dr.E is a very good orthodontist, not only is he caring but he remembers all his patients and personalizes their journey for them. This is my second time getting braces the first time I had braces I had them on for six long years and was not happy with the outcome. We were referred to E-Orthodontics by our dental insurance. We called and right away were given an appointment for a free consult. The consultation went great. Both Dr. D and all of the office staff are wonderful and attentive. My daughter felt very comfortable, which was important to me. We are now nearing the end of her treatment and the past months have been great. Appointments are easy to make and at convenient times. Each step has been fully explained and my daughter has been able to keep up with what is needed in the way of bands, cleaning, etc. Overall a fantastic experience.
