From the looks of it, they can cover just about all of your basic needs for maintaining healthy nails and then some. They also offer waxing, facials, and several other services, so it feels more like a place where you can knock out a few different self care needs all in one visit. So I have been trying to come more to help out. She does a great Russian manicure and have been coming for about a year. She texted me back and told me that I am confirmed for 5:30pm and they would see me then for my Russian manicure and pedicure. I left the house around 4:30pm to get food and get there early to eat. I got food and was pulling into the parking lot. I got a text telling me they were busy and I needed to come tomorrow. I was already there and I was not available on Sunday. Having my appointment scrapped for walk ins was truly disappointed. We confirmed me coming in hours ago and my appointment was scrapped. Not okay. I have been coming for this long because the work is great. They are expensive and the prices fluctuate big time. Also I bought my own gel polish to use and they told me they have it so they could charge me an extra $15 for their polish. This just really let me down and can't keep doing business like this. Having never been there before, I was immediately impressed by the vibe of the salon: spacious, clean, modern, and relaxed. Some salons can feel too small and crowded, but the wide layout of Infinity really helped to create a comfortable setting. It was 2 pm in the middle of the work week, so they were quick to take me without an appointment. The tech who removed my set was very quick and gentle. I didn't experience a single moment of burn. Tam did my nails, and she was amazing and so sweet. I was going to get dip powder at first, as I wanted something light and natural to help grow my nails out. However, after Tam explained the difference between dip and builder gel, I felt encouraged to give the latter a try. I'm glad I did, because it was exactly what I was looking for. My nails felt light and natural, but durable. Tam wasn't pushy with her recommendations either, and I appreciate being educated on better ways to maintain my nails.
