She checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy with the shape, length, and cut before painting, which made me feel very confident and cared for. The nail should eventually chip due to what you specifically mentioned prior but one day later and discoloration is unacceptable. I don't want to get a service just to have to get it redone a day or two later. I would've preferred a partial refund suggested or a pardon & the nail color be discarded.

My nails felt light and natural, but durable. Tam wasn't pushy with her recommendations either, and I appreciate being educated on better ways to maintain my nails.
